Pros: I think everything was nice, check-in was quick enough, car was working fine, although tire lights kept coming up, even though nothing was wrong. Car drove well, and very economic. Dropping off the car was also nice, the person who helped us, was very friendly, and it didn't take long, as the car was in the same manner it was given to me.
Cons: I really disliked the rental agent who checked me in. At first he was friendly, but eventually he was trying to get us to either buy the full insurance or get a bigger car. Now, it's one thing to give us information, but this guys was definitely trying to scare us into buying extras. From the beggining to the end, he kept insisting how the island is known for things happening to the car, and that I would be liable for it all, so maybe it would be cheaper to get the full insurance.

Cons: The only problem I had is when I drove off away from the airport the car said key card battery low so had to drive back to the airport which is something they should have checked before giving me the car

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 670.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
