Pick-up instructions
A meeting point is in the car park building, where the staff will be waiting for the customer with the rented vehicle. To get there, follow these instructions: After leaving the baggage claim area, go outside the airport. Cross the first red and white pedestrian crossing to the car parks and then walk approximately halfway through them, should reach spaces B 420-422 where the staff will meet you.
Drop-off instructions
Once at the airport, stay in the right lane (under the sign "Terminal") and take the 1st exit. Continue straight and take the lane that leads to Parking P1 until reaching the barrier where the ticket must be obtained. Once it opens, continue straight until see the blue sign indicating row B 419 - 458 on the left, then park around spot 420 where the vehicle was on the first day. Leave the key and the ticket inside the glove compartment and send a photo to the phone that will be provided on the first day showing where the car has been parked.

Cons: There was about three-quarters of fuel in the tank. I would prefer to receive it with a full tank, so that when I return the car after my holiday, I don’t have to do mathematical calculations about how many liters I consumed and how much I need to refill.

Pros: Car provided was as expected

Cons: Car pick up and paperwork in car park, not inside terminal building. Sold extra insurance by being mis-led by agent. We were told that our pre purchased insurance only covered us for 700euro of damage, when it actually covered 2500euro of damage. 700euro was the deposit, not the cover!

Pros: The only positive from this experience is that I now know to never rent from Omega Rent A Car again

Cons: I didn’t like the broken condition of the car, the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, and the complete lack of customer care. The staff shouted at me, denied the issue with the car, and then pressured me to take a damaged vehicle, claiming it was the only one available. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable

Pros: The 3 guys who did eventually turn up were very pleasant and explained everything in detail

Cons: Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to turn up and no apology was made. Tried ringing two numbers provided but no one answered the phone. Was told to return car at 10.30am and they might be there, might not. Well they did not turn up so we had to leave the keys and parking ticket under the mat as instructed. This is not something we like doing. Normally, there is someone who checks the car and signs off the contract which is more reassuring.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
