Cons: The €900 deposit was actually taken and not "blocked" on the credit card. This adds bank charges in transaction fees whereas a " hold " or " block " wouldn't. Deposit refund takes too long after vehicle return

Pros: Quick away from airport. Office efficient. Key provided as soon as paperwork provided and signed. Pick up straight opposite arrivals and right next to exit. Garage in airport on way out to top up fuel

Cons: Wing mirror damaged which I didn't notice in the dark, so was panicking. Knew we didn't do it, but it wasn't marked on paperwork sheet, so thought we were going to get the blame, but car went straight through it's check when we returned, so they obviously knew about it.

Pros: Friendly, helpful

Cons: Not enough agents to enable checking. We had to wait over 30 minutes. That's the only negative thing I can say. Everyone was waiting for Top Car rather than other rental places which tells me they were probably a lot cheaper.

Pros: Booked a small car and had a very new looking Honda i10. Car went really well and was very good on fuel. Pick up took less than 10 minutes and drop off the same. Car was in tge airport Car park directly opposite the terminal. Couldn't fault them really.

Pros: The car was low mileage and outwardly in good condition.

Cons: They took a 900 euro deposit on pickup. Most companies have just blocked the deposit. Nobody available at pickup point. The car was not completely clean. The headlights on dip were not very effective. As we picked up the car at night it made the 30 minute drive to hotel difficult. There was no water in windscreen wash which we found out in a sandstorm and had to wash windscreen from a water bottle.

Pros: TopCar are ALWAYS on the ball when it comes to satisfying their customers. And are quick to resolve issues.

She/agent also said that deposit through Amex will be blocked up to 6 months but it was freed second day after check out... There was no car body marks on the paperwork... I took video but car is in dark spot so it is hard to film it...

Pros: No hard sell on taking out the full insurance which we always do direct with the actual hire company and not the agent. Given a choice of 2 different cars to pick. Full to full tank and 1 extra driver included.

Pros: Top Car Service Agents at the pick up location were excellent. Multi-lingual, helpful and very friendly. This is key to excellent customer service! At the start of your holiday, picking up your hire car is probably the 2nd most stressful situation after catching your flight and Top Car agents made this so easy! Thank you guys!!

Cons: I ordered a VW Tiguan ( because of headroom when entering the vehicle as I have fused neck vertebrae that prevent me from bending my neck) I was given a Toyota RAV 4 instead. This does not have the required headroom when entering the vehicle and caused a great deal of pain when entering and exiting the vehicle)
