Pros: Nothing appalling company
Cons: Tried to rip me of. 60 euro to fill a half filled tank. 60euro on a car with 40 litres capacity robbing bastards

Cons: Pushing for insurance with unpublished additional costs for petrol. Long waiting time on pick-up for the shuttle and the registration paperwork.

Cons: Orlando insisted i paid 60 euro above the rental price quoted for insurance. I showed thenm a print out of the quote but they just laughed and said it didnt include insurance so pay the extra or dont have the car

Cons: We waiting too long before we were shuttled to the car hire company base. It took for ever for the lady doing the paperwork to fill everything in and give us they keys. I cannot imagine what she was doing in all that time. The car was due for a service. The cigarette lihhter point would not charge my sat nav which was annoying.

Cons: Found out I had been charged for ridiculously priced deposit offset sum nearly doubling the cost of the car. Left a very bad taste.. I think Discover should address this issue because it reflects on you as well.

Cons: They act on a take it or leave it basis. Every time I tried to ask about fuel level or why the car was still being cleaned at 12 when the contract said that I picked it up at 11. They didn’t want to hear me
Cons: Slow on pick up 1 staff member only working another sat behind desk not serving. Damage on car not marked on collection. No say nav as confirmed when booking.

A young driver fee of 18.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 21, with a maximum of 252.00 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Minivan a driver license valid for 2 years is required.
Customers who have held their driver license for less than 2 year(s) will have to pay a fee of 18 EUR per day.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
