Pros: Competitive cost, new vehicle
Cons: Very aggressive behaviour by the staff and refusal to allow me to make a written comment on the return form contesting alleged damage. When I wanted to record their behaviour on my phone they grabbed by mobile phone from me.

Pros: Excellent service, very understanding and great car. I would no doubt rent with them at this location again.
Cons: A little difficult to get there. They rely on a parking shuttle, they do not control attitude of third party but could barely get information on where the agency was (Really close but a bit hidden, had to call and they were kind enough to explain) and the way back had to again wait like 25 min for the shuttle to take me back to airport. Does not affect my experience much but is a slight problem.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
