Noleggiare at Milan Linate Airport

Pros: Cheap. Nice new car

Cons: Obtained a broken tyre in the Dolomites. Called Noleggiare’s road side assistance company who failed to provide their service. I waited 11hours in the mountains until RSA said no one was coming and had to find an alternative way out. Didn’t help me with locating taxi or hotel. Next day, they did not contact me. I had to fix the tyre issue myself!! RSA didn’t ring me until 4pm. Noleggiare not helpful throughout the ordeal and still waiting on their customer service to get back to me. Unacceptable

Cons: Wayfinding for the cards in Linate airport needs a rethink, not easy to find in the maze of the main car part

Pros: I was grossly overcharged for this car and felt that I was taken advantage of

Cons: The flight was delayed then it took ages to get through passport control and the shuttle to the airport took 20 minutes to arrive. I arrived to be told my car had been given away. Funnily enough if paid again they could find me another car!!!!

Pros: Provided helpful information.

Pros: Noleggiarr agents were supportive and very helpful. Helping me download the app.

Cons: Noleggiare did not have contact details for the agent as I tried to change the driver details and they told me only the agent can do it. Took ages for me to realize the agent could not help me. In the end Noleggiare cancelled my booking and booked me a new car as it was easier than getting the agent to change the booking.

Cons: I did not have car that i rented. It should have been golf or similar. Fiat 500 is not the same sized car

Pros: At the check in at Milan Linate airport everything went great and most of the trip went seamlessly.

Cons: Our car broke down on the middle of the road in the last leg of our trip and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. We tried calling multiple times in Naples Airport Nollegiare location and the line kept hanging up and we could not speak to someone. They did not offer any solutions other than rent another car at full price even though the car broke down by itself. We were able to resolve this, but we had to disburse more money to get to our destination. Most went great but we felt let down.

Pros: Staff were friendly.

Cons: On arrival they had let me car go, specifying a 2 hour maximum holding time. I was present within 3 hours of my advertise time. Despite me checking in 48 hours in advance and despite the vehicle being paid for. No where was this specifying on the paperwork. It can't be uncommon for a delayed flight to result in a late pick-up. I had to rent a new vehicle in a higher class at significant additional cost. This is surely a cynical policy to make a customer pay more.

Cons: Pressured us to buy more insurance and roadside assistance, which totalled several times the cost of the rental. Claimed damage when it was already there in one instance, and not there according to my photos after i dropped off car. they dont come out to check while you are there, they just tell you to check contract or take photos.

Pros: Nothing, except the rep at the counter. She was apologetic and kind.

Cons: Everything, especially the telephone rep.

Pros: The qualità of the service at Linate airport, they always up grade my car and are always nice and attentive

Cons: Car wasn’t full tank of petrol when collected.

Cons: Road Assistance is bad. We have a small issue with the battery and it tooks more than 30 minutes to get hold on someone. We ended paying someone else to do it

Pros: The car was clean and worked well, and the drop off was clearly explained.

Cons: First of all, we were supposed to call to get a shuttle pickup from the Milan Airport and they didn’t answer the phone 5 times before they picked up and said they would be there in 10 minutes. They picked us up 35 minutes later. They then charged us 300 euros extra for not having an international drivers permit, citing if the police stop us, we will be fined. The police did stop us in Milan and the permit was not needed so basically it was a huge scam.

Pros: I liked the partner noleggiare of Linate airport. Tu manager Angela is the N. 1.

Pros: Experience was very bad. Car was given with no engine oil, coolant. Had to find a mechanic in a foreign country and spent more than 100s of Euros to fix it

Cons: I didn't like the rental service. Upon arriving at the counter, they charged me an extra fee for leaving the border of the country I was in. They gave me a simpler car than the one I had rented. When I returned the car, the attendant said there were new scratches and he wanted to charge me for them, and I registered them all before picking up. I think Discover should select partners better and inform all rates at the time of booking, avoiding surprises.

Cons: How to pick up or drop the car. Very difficult to find them.

Pros: Had issues in the beginning as they were adding extra costs and were making it difficult to pay with a debit card when they could have just pulled the money

Cons: One of the staff with the beard was rude, whilst the other guy was very nice

Cons: I booked automated transmission car from Noleggiare car rental. When I arrived, they didn't have automated transmission, only manual. I had to rent manual. I also requested a discount as manual cars are cheaper than automated, but they charged me a full price. I'm planning to dispute this transaction with the help of my bank as a fraud

Pros: They had the worst service ever. Never get the car from them. I booked the car for 2pm. I got to the airport at 1pm I asked them to pick me up earlier they said no I have to wait for one hour then they will come and pick me up! I wait with 2 kids and my family in airport then they picked us up at 2pm. We went there they did

Cons: They had the wrong date on file despite me changing the date through DiscoverCars. So, no cars were available for us and DiscoverCars was of no help.

Cons: This box isn't big enough to let me give a full review. They have no intention of giving you the car you booked knowing that by the time you are there you have no choice but to take what they have or face same day rental prices from elsewhere. I paid extra for a convertible and they wouldn't give me any discount for the car they gave me as it was bigger so an upgrade. The last thing I want on Italian mountain roads. My car hadn't been valeted or washed, crisp packets, food all across the seats.

Cons: There was 3 persons before me and it took me 1h20 to pick up the car. Everyone was very mad about it. I will never rent a car in nolligiare.

Cons: I was told by Carla (blonde lady 40/50 years) that if I took this car they would offer a refund when I dropped it off. Surprise surprise after about 10 phone calls no one knew anything about this! I would never use this company again.

Cons: Everything, specially the fact they charged double, and gave me a wrecked car, which also had very low amount of blue fuel
