Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It was the second time we rented from Sicily by Car. Everything was great — quick pickup, quick drop-off, and a new, clean car. Highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Initially on pick up, the agent asked for us to purchase full coverage as he did not recognize that he was already provided through Discover cars. He had charged us but then refunded the money to our account. I was thankful for his helpfulness.

Pros: Very professional

Cons: Very helpful

Pros: Service was exceptional compared to MANY other service providers. Really refreshing to rent a car without any hustle for change.

Cons: A bit of a language barrier at the garage pick up/drop off point, but nothing we couldn't manage.

Pros: The company offered the car in a very transparent manner. The car was new and clean. The battery range was true and l like the company understand customer my charge full though may consume some while dropping off. The per KW CHARGES are reasonable. The deposit is low as compared to other rentals. The entire process handling was quick and organised at the LIN airport.

Cons: The car offered to me was basic model which do not even offer back camera info-system, as a tourist this makes driving little tough as you need to navigate roads and need direction visibility using the display.

Pros: The company is excellent, super responsive. The car had an issue with the radio that was not working and they immediately changed it to a new and larger car.

Cons: Nothing, this is a company that I have used over and over again, in multiple airports, and I have always found their cars of high quality, their customer service is excellent, and more importantly they never try to oversell insurances, or charge you more.

Pros: Friendly, easy to find (for pick up) and work with.

Cons: No clear address for drop off.

Pros: They are simply among the abs best!!! Fantastic service always on top

Cons: Abs nothing. Just cannot fault them as long as you comply with the rules

Pros: Fast efficient check-in, reliable car

Cons: Car state was not the best I've experienced, several scratches to verify on pick-up

Pros: Very quick and efficient

Cons: Car had a few bumps and scratches Tyre pressure light came on early on into my trip Low radiator liquid level message on all the time Not sure if they had been checked and were okay, but they should've warned me

Cons: the car and efficiency of desk

Pros: Quick, efficient and kind

Cons: Minor thing is the wheels condition a bit warn out

Pros: Agents helped me with the overall process

Cons: Car return on Malpensa Airport is located at Sheraton hotel Garage. Not easy to find and Sicily by Car should say that to customers

Pros: excellent service (let down by the loaction of their vehicles in the maze of Linate Airport)

Cons: Friendly, helpfull staff

Pros: Every step professionally delivered...

Pros: The employees were very efficient and kind during all the period of my booking, from the car pick-up to the return

Pros: Rental desk in terminal, que ticketing service, quick pickup and drop off. Possibility of renting electric car.

Pros: By retuening the car the say must be tank. I receeivw the car NOT full in the photo you see 520 km left and rerturn with 450 km y try to explain but the lady was not friendly....aorry but the tank was not full

Cons: Comñlian about service recwuvw by drop the car ....not happy

Pros: Good cars, good service

Cons: Nothing bad at all

Pros: good and easy !

Pros: Simple,fast,good value

Cons: Nothing to comment

Pros: Very disappointed bad service and arrogant too imposing a car that didn’t want but no other options

Cons: People will not want to offer any solution and also discovered that their car park was full of available cars anyway! Clearly they didn’t want to serve a person booked throw agent

Cons: The person at the rental office tall me Thad I didn’t get the inssurance with them, I get whit discover car

Pros: Very helpful staff.

Cons: It is a little convoluted to get to the car pick up area.

Pros: Friendly . Efficient fast

Pros: Very prompt !

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Beware! Research and be prepared to push back on any possible con. You are held to ransom as they know you need their hire car. There was more than one customer in their office arguing extra unknown charges. Make sure they know city taxes are included in your hire docs. It's less stressful to hire as they demand and try to argue back the money when you return from your holiday. :((((((((

Cons: The car has some damage (scrapes/dents) to rear bumper. We pointed out additional damage to rear bumper to have documented. Car was returned and no agents available. I am being charged for damage to rear bumper. I am disputing charge. Unacceptable issue to be dealing with and creates stress.

Pros: Very kind and good people to work with

Cons: Our car was pretty beaten up-but really no issues.

Cons: Didn't try to find another way for us to pay for the car. Only wanted credit card.

Pros: Nothing

Pros: Efficient service.

Cons: The car pick up was difficult to find.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Damages on car that were not on damage sheet

Pros: Easy to find, long opening hours and fast drop-off

Cons: No spare tire, only unusual patching system

Pros: Very helpful and courteous agent. Quick drop off

Cons: The car had no water to clean the windows

Pros: The lady at Milan was really really kind and very helpful

Cons: I can honestly say there was nothing that I didn’t like, the only thing that I did on my own was I took out my own insurance as it was slightly higher with Sicily.

Cons: they did not inform me that they were e mailing me all the photos of the damage on the car before I rented. The document went into the junk and I saw day after I returned the car. Could have been niocer to see the photos at the moment I was picking up the car and visually check at that time

Pros: Everything was ok and quick

Cons: It is quite difficult to find the car pick up station in Linate

Pros: Straight forward Linate Airport bit of a maze but not their fault

Cons: Nothing all good and have easy key drop off point next to office

Pros: Efficient process, snow chains in good order

Cons: Car had unusable windscreen cleaning equipment

Cons: An extra cost for arriving late due to a flight delay. Our friends with another provider didn't get charged additional money.

Cons: conditions are not clear, I paid twice as much as expected at the desk, definitely not a good deal

Pros: Quick and simple

Cons: Car could have been cleaner and tyre pressures correct.

Pros: The professionalism of the staff

Cons: The car park. It was almost impossible to collect the car.

Pros: They all knew what to do

Cons: Took too long to pick up and drop off

Pros: Efficient friendly and honest

Cons: Nothing

Pros: People at the desk were very helpful and efficient. The car was clean and acceptable, but it had some cosmetic damage so I had to carefully go over it to ensure they caught it all. The price was good.

Cons: Difficult to find the outside office. The office in the Linate terminal was easy to find, the people very helpful; but directions to the outside office were not good, it took a while to discover.

Pros: Generally very good but ruined by the difficulties/ complications at drop-off at Florence Airport and the consequently missed return flight

Cons: Picked up car at Milan Linate airport (airport terminal desk and representative-all very good) but dropped off at Florence airport; the car hire car park at Florence is remote from the airport terminal but besides ref to 'shuttle bus' in the paperwork no details were provided of the location of this ie no address,no map;there's no rep or desk in the airport;on 3rd attempt to contact the tel No unable to provide a clear address or directions and offered no assistance;flight missed !

Pros: Pickup was fantastic.

Cons: Incorrect return. I filled the tank at the last possible gas station and added an extra liter. Because they told me the incorrect dropoff, I circled the airport once and was barely under a full tank. They charged me for a FULL tank.

Pros: Fast and efficient.

Cons: GPS did not work in all countries. Waste of money.

Pros: It was fast by Italian standards

Cons: They didn't explain how the autostrada tolls work to get to Malpensa airport.

Pros: They were relatively hassle-free.

Cons: It was difficult to find the office to pick up the car in the garage.
