Sicily By Car at Milan Linate Airport

Pros: The company is excellent, super responsive. The car had an issue with the radio that was not working and they immediately changed it to a new and larger car.

Cons: Nothing, this is a company that I have used over and over again, in multiple airports, and I have always found their cars of high quality, their customer service is excellent, and more importantly they never try to oversell insurances, or charge you more.

Pros: Friendly, easy to find (for pick up) and work with.

Cons: No clear address for drop off.

Pros: They are simply among the abs best!!! Fantastic service always on top

Cons: Beware! Research and be prepared to push back on any possible con. You are held to ransom as they know you need their hire car. There was more than one customer in their office arguing extra unknown charges. Make sure they know city taxes are included in your hire docs. It's less stressful to hire as they demand and try to argue back the money when you return from your holiday. :((((((((

Cons: The car has some damage (scrapes/dents) to rear bumper. We pointed out additional damage to rear bumper to have documented. Car was returned and no agents available. I am being charged for damage to rear bumper. I am disputing charge. Unacceptable issue to be dealing with and creates stress.

Cons: Difficult to find the outside office. The office in the Linate terminal was easy to find, the people very helpful; but directions to the outside office were not good, it took a while to discover.

Pros: Generally very good but ruined by the difficulties/ complications at drop-off at Florence Airport and the consequently missed return flight

Pros: Pickup was fantastic.

Cons: Incorrect return. I filled the tank at the last possible gas station and added an extra liter. Because they told me the incorrect dropoff, I circled the airport once and was barely under a full tank. They charged me for a FULL tank.
