Pros: The car was given almost petrol empty. I returned it with1/4 more petrol. As I spent time to call your office when I was already on the ramp to return the car on the 4th floor, I kindly ask you to refund me the surcharge of €19.82 charged for the 9 minutes delay.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
