Pros: Nothing

Cons: They only accept a credit card with your full first name on it otherwise they try selling you an insurance policy at a ridiculous price. Their excuse was "you may have stolen it from your sister" who happens to have the same initial. Never had a problem before. The people infront had the same problem. Reading reviews it seems to be a problem with this company.

Cons: We got charged 260€ more for insurance because I didn’t have credit card on my name and they didn’t want to take another credit card or change driver. Also they took 950€ deposit and I still didn’t get back

Pros: Not a lot

Cons: Tried to get us to add excess waiver protection when we already had it separately. Even worse, the car had no petrol in when we collected it. There was no one at the collection point due at the time of day to check this with so we had to put petrol in when we left the airport. When we returned the car, they pointed out the agreement stated the car would be full of petrol and so needed to be returned full. They have now charged us to refill the car even though we left it with more petrol

Cons: The vehicle we were given was not of the class we had chosen/paid for, it wasn’t clean, and it was provided with a part-filled fuel tank rather than the full-to-full policy we’d agreed at time of booking. At pick-up, the lady on the desk kept taking phone calls from other clients while we waited for her to complete our rental paperwork.

Pros: The car was in excellent condition and we even got a nicer car then expected.

Cons: To get a higher score the representatives could have been a little more attentative. Especially when returning the car you always feel stress. You want to be done as fast as possible as to not miss your flight.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1760.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: flight information.
Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack.

During winter season (from 01.10 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
