Cons: No service provided when the cars broke down
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Very well used car that was full scacratches and lumps, so many that we found it hard to take enough pictures and films to cover the extent. Car out of battery on our day of departure, we made our flight, but only because we insisted on getting help before late afternoon. At the delivery we had to argue with them about extra fees for fueling the car because we were advised by the car help service not to stop the engine until we were at the airport - so that we were sure to make it.
Pros: Cheap rent and friendly easygoing people to deal with
Cons: Car isn't easy to reach at the very end of a huge 5-stories car park. It also badly smelled of cigarette smoke
Pros: Not happy with the car that we had. It didn’t have any power, very slow pulling away and dirty inside. The car was damaged with dents and damage all over it.
Pros: DRIVALIA have electric chargers in Malpensa airport parking, I have returned electric car undercharged and they took difference just at normal tariff, which is fair and straightforward, eliminating need driving around the airport looking for charge, which turned to be a challenge.
Cons: Finding parking location in Linate is kind of a quest game. In Linate airport on pick-up weird but everybody need to fill details manually into paper form whereas booking made online and all details must be in the system, so have a feeling the paperwork could've been done much faster to avoid queue.
