Cons: Paid more to book a Fiat 500x or similar, apparently they don’t even have that car ?!? so it was always going to be “similar” which in fact was a different size car. Full to full… tank was not full on pick up. Previous occupants rubbish still in car. Unhelpful and frankly rude woman at pick up.

Cons: Can't provide the car we reserved, downgraded us to an accident damaged vehicle which hasn't been repaired or cleaned. Refused to offer any alternative, we left without collecting the car. We have to pay 4 times more for a brand new Q7 from Hertz as that was the only car available on the spot.

Pros: The helpfulness and patience of the office clerk at the car pickup point to help me understand the car features.

Cons: The route to walk from the airport office to the pick up point (Milan Linate) was unbelievably complicated, badly explained (by Drivalia) and badly signposted (by the airport car park). Overall it took me a total of nearly 2 hours before I drove away.

Pros: The car return/Check-in employee was very kind and efficient.

Cons: very long waiting times (1h15), personnel understandably stressed, stuffy office with subpar ventilation (felt sorry for the clerks). One of the car clerks at check-out smelled badly of cigarette, wasn't very keen on explaining LPG operations.

Cons: Purtroppo ho beccato davanti a me 2 famiglie molto lente al ritiro, soprattutto la seconda di origine coreana che nn parlava neanche inglese praticamente…quindi essendoci un solo operatore ho atteso quasi mezz’ora alle 23 di di sera per ritirare un’auto!

Cons: Used Drivalia through discovercars.com. Don’t be fooled by their cheap pricing on this platform! We were completely and utterly scammed. Picked up a car from Milan (which was in terrible condition) and returned it to Pisa, only for the Drivalia staff at Pisa to charge me for £290 worth of damage which was pre-existing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Other companies may be slightly more expensive, but I’ll definitely be paying extra next time, so there is less problems!

Cons: cheap Chinese SUV with lackluster CVT gearbox and GPL with no explanations regarding refueling

Pros: The lady at the desk in the terminal explained well how to find the pick-up point.

Cons: It was complicated to find the drop-off especially as the signs are misleading.

Cons: Drop off was very difficult. Could not reach anyone via phone and the drop off location could not be easily found (not on Google maps and signs at airport very limited. Even though I filled the car with gas before drop off, they charged me an extra 65€ and claimed there car was not returned with full tank.

Pros: The agent who did the initial registration was great who spoke good English. When i went to collect the car it was terrible. Milan Linate airport has 2 car parks. You have to walk a fair distance to get to the other car park where the car rentals are located. I had 2 heavy suitcases and i was very tired. When i found Divalia tjere was u fortunately a rude, disinterested lady at the collection desk. She didn’t speak english and seemed annoyed.Very bad attitude. Get rid of her. She serves no purpo

Cons: Girl in car park was rude, aggressive and extremely unprofessional. If having walked a fair distance with heavy suitcases at least have some common sense and have the vehicles ready in the bays to drive off. Instead she arrogantly points to where i need to walk. Another tunnel down. Sorry, really poor service. I asked her to collect the car and drive ip yo the bay so i can drive away. She needs sacking. Bad attitude and doesn’t speak English.

Cons: Awful experience collecting the car, too long, no assistance and left to find the car ourselves. On return we were accused of stealing the rear parcel shelf and then charged. No response from their customer service team despite numerous calls and emails. would never use again

Cons: They send me an invoice about charging the rental car at airport on several days when I never charged the hybrid car and I was hundreds of kilometers away from there.

Cons: They claim that I made scratches, ever though I did not. It even says on the damage report before we got the car that it had damage in that area, but the text next to the number (all the parts has numbers) it said in Italian that it was a different place, so apparently you have to be able to read Italian to inspect the car. I have a photo of when we rented the car, where it is visible, but not super clear. Won’t recommend…

Cons: VERY slow to do the paperwork. Two desk agents but one went on break even though there was a queue. Had to go to another location to collect the car and there was one guy doing all the check outs and check ins so again it was super slow.

Cons: They scam people. The first price was X, the final price scaled from the credit card has been, 3 days later, 130€ MORE without any reason.

Cons: Slow service at the desk, misinformation on the car pick up report, staff poor communication, car missing items at the pick up and missing items charged to the customer at the drop of even when the customer shows evidence that the part was missing at the pick up including video containing Drivalia staff at the pick up confirming the missing items

Cons: Long delays collecting car, an hour and half. Dropping car back nobody in the office. Still have not received confirmation contract has closed 24 hours later.

Pros: They held my reservation at same price though I was delayed by 5hrs.

Cons: 45 mins to complete formalities for the person in the queue ahead of me. Mine was completed in less than 10mins

Cons: It took a long time to pick up the car. The car was completely different from what we had ordered (although was bigger so not a major issue). Finding a space to park upon drop off at Verona Airport was difficult.

Pros: I hope that the requirements will be clarified to customers and that the customer service center will be available 24 hours a day

Cons: I called 48 times to 4 different telephone numbers and not a single time did the answer regardless the time of the day, Sunday or Monda. Appalling!

Cons: Needed to take pictures to prove a crack in the windsceen that was present before driving the car.

Cons: They gave me a car with some clear unreported damages, with less than 100 km. of Adblue left and they did not refund anything. Their customer care is a nightmare and they never answer the phone.

Pros: Return of the car was painless.

Cons: When I went to collect the car the queue was incredibly long with one person working the desk. When finally got served I was told the car I booked was not available and only a lesser car was available. So I was forced to take the car. No offer of a discount was made or apology. I wanted an electric automatic car as this is what I booked and what I am used to. They gave me a manual petrol car.

Cons: Our booking was cancelled and no solution was offered. The staff were extremely rude and dismissed us and we were left in the airport without transport and no one willing to assist us. After a few hours we booked with a different company who were willing to assist

Cons: The car return office ( Rome) is in a park that is not also descrived in the direction, that will be provided also, you only make mention of street name and number, it was difficult to find the right place

Cons: I had a voucher but the rep didn't look at it. Instead I had to fill in a form which included the details that were on the voucher. The rep did not look at this form either and as the details were put into the computer I had to speak the answers to the rep.

Cons: Car had many scratches that were not documented by an agent at checkout. We had to take pictures and sent them in. Checkout was simply park and drop key. No idea what we may be charged for scratches we did not inflict.

Cons: Their representative did not care at all that my car was gone and that my vacation was in risk of being destroyed. He couldn't have been more unhelpful.

Pros: After a long flight and wait for luggage. It was refreshing to have someone to do what it can to have you out quickly.

Pros: The agent did wait till I got there from my flight. The flight was delayed and the agency was due to close at 23.30. What is your plan for delayed flights? Other agencies remained open. This was very stressful and I had to leave my luggage behind in order to get to the kiosk in time. My friend who was also part of the booking was not allowed to take over the booking.

Cons: No one ever answered a phone - I called from UK to say the flight would be delayed - no one answered. There was no way to message. I wrote on email, facebook and twitter to find out how to find the drop off point - no answer. The email reply came from Spain who suggested an alternative email address - why not find the answer for me? Again no response from Italy. I tried to find out about how to pay the electronic Toll - no answer for me. We took hours to find the car - bad instructions

Cons: The office was closed at 11:30pm when we arrived to fetch our car. We called ahead to warn them and nobody answered. We had to fetch the car the next day and were then told time had lapsed since we were to fetch the car! No winter tyres on the car despite this being required by law. You're expected to pay extra for chains. Drop off is poor, no representative present at the parking, you have to go to airport arrivals to drop off key. An inconvenience. Need an extra 30min minimum to do drop off.

Cons: My only complaint would be a bit of a walk to the parking area but not a big deal. It would have been good to have a slightly better set of drop off instructions as at Florence airport the drop off is separate to the airport.

Pros: We were given a cars with two different types of front tyres mounted. This cause a undrivable car and unsafe. This is also against Italian law.

Cons: The head office agreed to change car at MXP Employee at the return desk in th etagère immediately understood the issue. Explained that to his boss, and his boss did not believe him or supported him, denied the mail which was sent from head office. I had to go inside to the front desk to explain again. I got to change the car finally. No excuses by sending me on the road with a unsafe car from the company and the lady at front desk in MXP terminal not friendly at all. Bad company safety culture.

Cons: I asked Fiat 500, they told me it was not available but the parking was full of Fiat 500. They asked me to pay a warranty of 600 euro even if I paid as supplement an insurance. They made a scenario with a so called scratch one day after dropping off the car hoping I was not in Italy to see it. They did not give my 600 euro back untill today (after one week since I dropped off the car).
