Cons: la ragazza al desk piano 0 ci ha indicato di utilizzare la corsia preferenziale con la nostra auto privata per raggiungere il piano 4 dove dovevo caricare con effetti personali la macchina da prendere a noleggio. Abbiamo poi letto che questa pratica ci varrà una multa. I ragazzi di Drivalia al piano4 se ne lavano le mani dicendo di interfacciarsi con i gestori del parcheggio, i quali ci dicono di rivolgerci all'ufficio della PL in Linate. Pure loro dicono che non è di loro competenza

Cons: Other than Fatima, it was awful. They didn’t have the electric, automatic car I reserved and tried to give me an old, manual gas car instead. When I wouldn’t take it, they basically said they had nothing else. After an hour of not leaving, Fatima found an automatic hybrid for us. The other rude agent refused to do an inspection so Fatima returned to do it (it was covered in dents and scratches so I wanted to make sure they were noted). I was then charged for damage I didn’t do even with x cover

Full to full… tank was not full on pick up. Previous occupants rubbish still in car. Unhelpful and frankly rude woman at pick up.

Cons: Can't provide the car we reserved, downgraded us to an accident damaged vehicle which hasn't been repaired or cleaned. Refused to offer any alternative, we left without collecting the car. We have to pay 4 times more for a brand new Q7 from Hertz as that was the only car available on the spot.

Pros: The helpfulness and patience of the office clerk at the car pickup point to help me understand the car features.

Cons: The route to walk from the airport office to the pick up point (Milan Linate) was unbelievably complicated, badly explained (by Drivalia) and badly signposted (by the airport car park). Overall it took me a total of nearly 2 hours before I drove away.

Pros: The car return/Check-in employee was very kind and efficient.

Cons: very long waiting times (1h15), personnel understandably stressed, stuffy office with subpar ventilation (felt sorry for the clerks). One of the car clerks at check-out smelled badly of cigarette, wasn't very keen on explaining LPG operations.

Cons: Purtroppo ho beccato davanti a me 2 famiglie molto lente al ritiro, soprattutto la seconda di origine coreana che nn parlava neanche inglese praticamente…quindi essendoci un solo operatore ho atteso quasi mezz’ora alle 23 di di sera per ritirare un’auto!

Cons: Used Drivalia through discovercars.com. Don’t be fooled by their cheap pricing on this platform! We were completely and utterly scammed. Picked up a car from Milan (which was in terrible condition) and returned it to Pisa, only for the Drivalia staff at Pisa to charge me for £290 worth of damage which was pre-existing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Other companies may be slightly more expensive, but I’ll definitely be paying extra next time, so there is less problems!

Pros: The agent who did the initial registration was great who spoke good English. When i went to collect the car it was terrible. Milan Linate airport has 2 car parks. You have to walk a fair distance to get to the other car park where the car rentals are located. I had 2 heavy suitcases and i was very tired. When i found Divalia tjere was u fortunately a rude, disinterested lady at the collection desk. She didn’t speak english and seemed annoyed.Very bad attitude. Get rid of her. She serves no purpo

Cons: Girl in car park was rude, aggressive and extremely unprofessional. If having walked a fair distance with heavy suitcases at least have some common sense and have the vehicles ready in the bays to drive off. Instead she arrogantly points to where i need to walk. Another tunnel down. Sorry, really poor service. I asked her to collect the car and drive ip yo the bay so i can drive away. She needs sacking. Bad attitude and doesn’t speak English.

Cons: They send me an invoice about charging the rental car at airport on several days when I never charged the hybrid car and I was hundreds of kilometers away from there.

Cons: They claim that I made scratches, ever though I did not. It even says on the damage report before we got the car that it had damage in that area, but the text next to the number (all the parts has numbers) it said in Italian that it was a different place, so apparently you have to be able to read Italian to inspect the car. I have a photo of when we rented the car, where it is visible, but not super clear. Won’t recommend…

Cons: VERY slow to do the paperwork. Two desk agents but one went on break even though there was a queue. Had to go to another location to collect the car and there was one guy doing all the check outs and check ins so again it was super slow.

Cons: When I went to collect the car the queue was incredibly long with one person working the desk. When finally got served I was told the car I booked was not available and only a lesser car was available. So I was forced to take the car. No offer of a discount was made or apology. I wanted an electric automatic car as this is what I booked and what I am used to. They gave me a manual petrol car.

Cons: I had a voucher but the rep didn't look at it. Instead I had to fill in a form which included the details that were on the voucher. The rep did not look at this form either and as the details were put into the computer I had to speak the answers to the rep.

I wrote on email, facebook and twitter to find out how to find the drop off point - no answer. The email reply came from Spain who suggested an alternative email address - why not find the answer for me? Again no response from Italy. I tried to find out about how to pay the electronic Toll - no answer for me. We took hours to find the car - bad instructions

You're expected to pay extra for chains. Drop off is poor, no representative present at the parking, you have to go to airport arrivals to drop off key. An inconvenience. Need an extra 30min minimum to do drop off.

Explained that to his boss, and his boss did not believe him or supported him, denied the mail which was sent from head office. I had to go inside to the front desk to explain again. I got to change the car finally. No excuses by sending me on the road with a unsafe car from the company and the lady at front desk in MXP terminal not friendly at all. Bad company safety culture.

Cons: I asked Fiat 500, they told me it was not available but the parking was full of Fiat 500. They asked me to pay a warranty of 600 euro even if I paid as supplement an insurance. They made a scenario with a so called scratch one day after dropping off the car hoping I was not in Italy to see it. They did not give my 600 euro back untill today (after one week since I dropped off the car).
