RentalPlus at Milan Linate Airport

Cons: i have been royally ripped off by this company, would never travel with them again. following my advice would have put my life in danger. the car was not properly equipped (no jack)

Pros: Excellent rental car company

Pros: Close to a hotel.

Cons: Car wasn't in best condition. Car was 3/4 full of gas which makes difficult dropping of the same. Shuttle should go to nearby hotels. Fine attention to their recheck process for every ding on Car but not when I pointed out a big issue. Car cleaning fee is not typical.

Pros: The car was economical

Cons: As above, scratches and dents all over the car, paying extra 14 euro for cleaning yet inside of car wasn't clean

Pros: We did not get a car as Rental Plus refused my car drivers licence and international drivers permit. Currently chasing 100 percent refund d. We ended hiring from Budget with zero issues.

Cons: I had to submit a score on drop off and car cleanliness otherwise I could not submit report

Cons: The car had a lot of marks/scrapes etc but all were catalogued

Pros: Renting the car was easy and all the details were provided with clear instructions.

Cons: The car was a bit dirty, could have cleaned it better. The office address given for the drop off in Florence city center was closed and there was another address written on the grill. Which was 3 kms away from this point. We had a hard time dropping the car and the drop off location was a parking garage and he just took the car in and there was no paper work given for dropping off the car. We never had any instruction on this and we called rental plus for this and there was no reply.

Pros: They were fast at check in and check out

Cons: the car was filthy and very old, did not drive well at all, their road side assistance which i paid extra for was a waste of time, when i needed them due the age of the car, they were unable to help me at all other then tow me to a garage and no car replacement..

Pros: Nothing! Absolutely nothing!!!

Cons: Everything! 1. Booked car not available. I was downgraded. 2. Waited 3 hours for a car. 3. Waited 40mins outside the terminal in 39C heat for the shuttle bus to arrive. 4. Customer service was horrible. Zero empathy, zero regard for the customer. Absolute pits! Disgusting service!

Pros: In Linate they are great... Didn't meet anyone in Pisa

Cons: Waited too long time to get picked up from the terminal ( over 30 minutes)

Cons: Inconvenient that they didn't open until 8 am. Absolutely awful that they didn't show up until 9 am, leaving me standing in the sun for an hour, wondering if I would be able to make my flight.

Cons: RENTALPLUS is the worst. They tried to rent me a car with graffiti on the side and then threatened me. Awful service

Cons: missing the so called orodatario parking thing where you can put in the arrival time. we on,y needed it once in Como but there was none in the car. minor detail we nBought one and will keep for next rental

Cons: The counter is off site which is ok given the pricing. Its a bit hard to locate the shuttle that will take you there. It needs to be better signposted perhaps or Discovery should include directions in the confirmation email. Also the car was factory fitted with features like blindspot warning indicators and gps but they were switched off.

Cons: When I booked the car rental, it says the car is in Milan Linete airport, and there is a shuttle bus to pick up the car. When we arrived the airport, we could not find the shuttle bus, there is no Rentalplus office in the airport either. We called Rentalplus, the agent answered the phone did not give us information of where to find the shuttle, then hang up on me. After called multiple times without answering, we ended up to take a taxi to ding the rental car. The situation was very stressful.

Pros: Competitive price, friendly staff

Cons: Incorrect contact number on the discovercars site, super long time to pick up the car, no instructions to mount baby seat, difficulty to find shuttle service by self while going to pick up the car from the airport.

Pros: Recomendo a locadora, os carros são novos e fácil acesso ao aeroporto de Linate.

Cons: Didn't specify that the credit card must be from a phisical bank

Pros: Offer price (after summer), unlimited mileage, the car was new and big enough (compact), able to enter almost all the europe countries, simple steps for collection and return with extra purchase of full insurance from rentalplus. I hope rentalplus can expand their business out of Italy. Waiting for email from rentalplus, i hope i can get back my deposit Euro100 and no fines. I tried my best to follow all the traffic law.

Cons: The collection office was under staffed so we had a very long wait to collect our car although the lady manning this desk was very efficient once she got to you.

Pros: Nothing, terrible service

Cons: Much better terms and conditions with rental agents in the terminal. Do not use Rental plus, they try to sell you insurance at a cost more than the rental and then hold a 700 euro charge on your card to begin to pay if the car is damaged which if it is you pay 1500 euro and 2000 if it is stolen. More reputable agents in the terminal do not have these charges. They undoubtedly make money when cars are damaged with ridiculous excess charges for damage.

Pros: The car was ok and worked well

Cons: As I mentioned the desk representative was not around the office we waited almost 30 minutes, we had to take an uber cause the shuttle was not available, we tried to call like a hundred times and no one answered, the desk representative had any service skill, she was very unfriendly and we couldn’t even ask questions. She charged us with an insurance that was not projected on discover cars. You should make sure that someone is on desk when the client arrives I’ve never experienced this on a rent

Cons: Offices were dumpy both on pickup and dropoff end. No one around when we arrived to pick up car. The car was damaged, front fender and other parts. We were sure to take a video so as not to be blamed.

Pros: I liked the ease of procuring the car, and having a new vehicle.

Cons: I didn't like having to call and wait in the sun for a representative to drive me to the pickup place. They were aware of my flight time arrival and could have been there to take me to the pick up place.

Pros: Very new car and easy rental process. I took a lot of photos during the walkthrough just to be safe, but had zero issues with returning the car or anything else. Highly recommend.
