Pros: Easy drop off at Brisbane Airport
Cons: Time to process car at pick up involved bus trip to int terminal then wait for processing when I thought I was just picking up keys….nearly one hour after landing at domestic terminal before on the road

Pros: Rental desk is very polite and nice. When I feedback the default arranged car was a little big to me and wanted to change to another car, they quickly agreed and re-arranged the car that I like. The new car was really the ideal car for my 14 days travel with enough capacity and efficient fuel consumption. The drop-off is very easy. I forgot my VISA credit card on the car (licence plate: DE06FP). The service guy helped me find it by driving me to the cleaning spot.
Cons: Everything is nice. I will recommend others to choose DiscoverCars and SIXT.

Cons: The car provided is not what I ordered, furthermore the replacement car is Chinese made , not Japanese or Korean car and has the signaling stalk on the left hand side of the steering column, which is the opposite position of Japanese or Korean made car. Chinese made car is still not as refined as Japanese or Korean car yet, the auto transmission is not smooth, power is sluggish and signaling stalk position makes the whole driving experience not comfortable.

Cons: Holding deposit is ridiculous. Insurance claim excess is also ridiculous. Luckily I didn't have to use it!
Cons: I was charged an extra $600 and have been trying to resolve the issue for over a week. I have called upwards of 15 times and have failed to reach Sydney's International Airport location - which, according to my bill, is a premium location. Apparently this is synonymous with not answering phones. I have called various other numbers and have been twice told that an urgent call back (within20 minutes) has been ordered but on neither occasion did I hear back. I am paying long distance charges.
Pros: Everything was efficient and accurate with the pricing exactly as shown when I booked the car.
Pros: I eventually got the car although after 9 hours waiting for it.
Cons: Having to wait from 10.30pm to 7.30 am (overnight) at the T1 terminal. (2.30 hours of that time locked outside of T1). On arrival from Perth (T3) at approx 10.30 pm, told by SIXT kiosk desk attendant to catch a Tbus to the T1 terminal. Trouble started here, no TBuses operate from T3 after 9.30pm. Went back to kiosk only to find attendant had left !! Taxi to T1 ($35) only to find no one at the kiosk there either !! So kicked out of T1 at midnight and car could not be hired until 7.30, No Empathy!
Cons: Sixt ignored my advice of flight delay. Sixt reps were not prepared to help
Pros: Sixt has always been great to rent from. We've never had trouble with Sixt nor 3rd party bookings before anywhere in the world. Only with this 3rd party.
Pros: Had to wait for around 2 hrs to get the car ,as front desk took too long and then no one to give the keys.
Cons: On returning the car again had to wait as there was no one then Allan came and gave the keys to him and discuss the issue and he agreed to give us discount for the payment done .Kindly inform the discount provided.
Pros: Staff were courteous and helpful. Collected the car within 20 minutes even though there were 2 other clients ahead of me. Return was simple and fantastic, just drop off the car and key. Security deposit refunded within 2 days. 👍👍👍
Pros: The service staff is forthcoming to help when I notice the fuel is only 3/4 full. Lead me to top up fuel.

Cons: Searching for the return area at Melbourne was harder due to lack of SIXT signs at the Melbourne airport.

Cons: I didn't get what I requested and paid for and would like some form of compensation for this. The whole experience was a shambles and we were stuck with a vehicle that we had to put up with and was not what we wanted to fulfil our needs.

Cons: He woman who picked us up. She wasn't friendly at all, and complained that we made her wait so long. Not on really, especially when people are trying to navigate their way through an unfamiliar airport
