Pros: Easy to book, and they are flexible when I needed to change pickup time, extend the booking and cancel it later etc. because of our flight changes both ways, which are beyond our control.

Cons: .I had concerns when I looked at others' feedback when they had issues with car cleanness, bird dropping, minor accidents, etc. Since the actual nature of a service provider is only visible when there is an issue.

Pros: Car was ready when arrived for pick up. Everything is electronic so a fast processing of card deposit and rental agreement.

Cons: I could not fault them on this my first rental for service and delivery. However it would be more helpful if you said your rental desk was located inside hotel foyer when booked for a Sydney airport pick up.

7/20/23

Pros: Worst ever service by car rental company and it’s their staff including self declared company Managing Director.

Cons: It was worst ever customer service experience with Green motion car rental. Staff at counter while returning car was very much irresponsible and not emphatic towards customer, there was no urgency to attend customer concern, very casual attitude by counter staff. Instead of updating customer about How long it might take for rental company to arrange a airport drop, staff prefer to take short break for smoke after taking car key, Staff was not communicative effectively advising further step after

Cons: The car representative was rude, disrespectful degradable. He was unhelpful, aggressive and lacked customer service experience. It may be because I was female as to why he spoke to me the way he did, but I won’t be promoting him or his company to anyone, I’ll be advising people to go elsewhere.

Pros: Very professional

Cons: It was all about where to pickup the car Discovery had NOT made it clear of the actual pickup address on any of our paperwork we were lucky that between the Uber driver and the service desk that we found it As we are from interstate this was a big problem you need (Discover) to make the pickup point much more clearer I would never had thought that we had to go to a hotel to pick up the car

Pros: When i was running late they got me on the road as quick as they could. Some of the best service i have ever had from a car rental agent

10/11/22

Pros: Quick collection and drop off process. Great shuttle service

Cons: Our flight was delayed so was phoned whilst on the tarmac and advised that the office would be closing at 7pm, had to run through the terminal to pick up location and arrange for my children to collect our baggage from the carousel, then had the nightmare of trying to arrange where to pick them up. Raining/nigh time and a visitor to Sydney made for an unwelcomed start to our trip. I understand they closed at 7pm but surely he could have offered to get us after our luggage had been off loaded.
