Pick-up instructions
Green Motion Sydney Airport pick up point for domestic terminals is located between terminals 2 and 3 on the arrivals level. Directions for terminal 3 (T3): Exit the terminal and turn right. Proceed to the Minibus/Hire Cars waiting area (bays 4-11). Pick up is from bay 6. Directions for terminal 2 (T2): Exit the terminal and turn left towards the Minibus/Shuttle waiting area (bays 4-11) . Proceed to the shuttle waiting area. Pick up is from bay 6. For International customers Directions for Terminal 1 (T1): Exit the arrival hall area of terminal (T1) and turn right. As you walk along the path towards the Group Shuttle Buses zone or Train Station, you should pass by Mc Donald?s (which is on your right). Walk to the far end of the terminal (T1) and locate BAY no. 35 (The meeting point for pick-up). Once you have collected your luggage and are waiting at the correct meeting point, please call us on 00 61 13 4733 to arrange collection.

Pros: Worst ever service by car rental company and it’s their staff including self declared company Managing Director.

Cons: It was worst ever customer service experience with Green motion car rental. Staff at counter while returning car was very much irresponsible and not emphatic towards customer, there was no urgency to attend customer concern, very casual attitude by counter staff. Pros: Quick collection and drop off process. Great shuttle service

Cons: Our flight was delayed so was phoned whilst on the tarmac and advised that the office would be closing at 7pm, had to run through the terminal to pick up location and arrange for my children to collect our baggage from the carousel, then had the nightmare of trying to arrange where to pick them up. Raining/nigh time and a visitor to Sydney made for an unwelcomed start to our trip. I understand they closed at 7pm but surely he could have offered to get us after our luggage had been off loaded.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2707.25), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), photocard driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
