Cons: Pickup: no response at all after calling the provided number and left a message as instructed. We ended up Ubering there. Upon feedback to staff - staff said "yea there's no one answeing the phone". Scam: A male staff at Sydney kept pressing for additional insurance, even we showed our own insurance, he insisted ours was for third-party damage only, which is false. If you refuse his insurance, he would throw a temper and said "everything will be on you for any damages!"
Cons: We had to wait for an hour for the shuttle pickup from the airport and had 2 travel exhausted children. The car had a flat tire when we received it
Pros: The staff were all really friendly helpful.
Cons: We followed all the instructions for pick-up, but never got a text back when being collected which then ended up being quite slow.

Cons: We were left in the pouring rain at Sydney Int Airport for over an hour (and in the dark) after we advised we were there to be picked up The agent at the rental place obviously wanted to go home rather than be of any assistance. When I asked for the condition report of the vehicle she said they'd send it tomorrow and if I wanted to check the car, do it before I left. The car was left in the dark and it was raining! The next day I noticed an unreported dent on driver's door and a small scratch
Pros: They shuttle service was great and the desk staff were easy to deal with.
Cons: The car was a little dirty when we picked it up and they did offer to reclean it, but we just wanted to get going. Other than that, fine.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions). ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 100 km of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: local landine telephone number (not mobile), bank statement or utility bill, paper copy of driving license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
The deposit is taken at the start of the rental, to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 100 km of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The deposit amount for local renters is 1000 AUD.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: Cash, Prepaid cards.
An administration charge of 1.4 % will apply for payments made by credit or debit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
