Pros: Desk manager was helpful with explaining the cost differences but unable to propose changes.
Cons: Hidden charges. Car didn’t come with mats. While fuel was “full” initially, it quickly dropped by one mark as I drove off. Reported mileage on paper was much less than actual mileage driven reflected on dashboard upon collection.
