Cons: The dealing agent was incredibly pushy trying to sell me the excess cover even though I told him that I already have it with discover cars. He was rushing me to sign the contract without letting me inspect the car. His communication wasn't very good, couldn't understand him well.

Bayswater provided a new clean car at a very decent rate and made handling the toll charges a breeze. It's nice when your car rental company helps you enjoy your vacation.

Cons: Unfortunately they are not on site but the hassle of off site is worth it. It slows the pick up process and you have to allow extra time to get to the terminal from the car return on a shuttle.

It was our first time visiting Sydney and we just have to walk a bit and wait for them to pick us to the rental station, as well as dropping off the car they provide shuttle back to the airport. The car was really in a clean and good condition. The features in the car was absolutely great for our comfort and safety as well. And most importantly, the price is affordable! Definitely will rent with No Bird again for another visit!

Cons: The counter staff was the worst we have dealt with. They were not helpful and did not care to try and help. We were in a new country and obviously would need to make sure the car could provide navigation, whether through the car or our phone. We rented through 4 other companies on this vacation in different locations and all but Nobirds were very helpful making sure we were set up. NoBirds agent said figure it out and if you need any cords or such go to the gas station and buy them.

Pros: Really it was sooo easy to book online and the price is affordable, then in person to pick up the car everything is explained easily and no stress was given. Also when I had an issue of my flight on the next morning and me handing the car in few hours earlier and no where to stay I was offered for a few dollars to use the car for the few hours and return. Cons: 1. Rental cars should blend in with the domestic cars on the road. Having a huge "NoBirds" sign might work well for advertisement, but it makes the car stand out on the road. 2. NoBirds made no mention of additional costs of crossing from New South Wales to other territories. A drive across an invisible line to Victoria would cost you additional AU$ 150.00 for what reason??? Driving further to Queensland - another AU$ 150.00! Beware of these charges when planning your trip!!!

Cons: Hard to find them when returning the car (they are not at the airport itself)

Pros: We’re very helpful, realised we were exhausted after journey but we’re patient, gave advice and friendly.

Cons: We’re extremely pleased overall! No Birds offer a great overall package. Makes life easy for quick turnaround, journey and customers welcome and ease of transfer of vehicle.

Cons: Initial rental was for a Toyota Corolla, but was given a Kia stonic, nice car to drive but very underpowered

Cons: All their cars carry the "No Birds" stickers advertising their company so you can't be shy about that.

Cons: The car collection instruction should have been made clearer to avoid ambiguity ie renter MUST call the hotline when arriving at the bus bay (pick up point from airport).

Pros: It was prompt and agent was friendly.

Cons: The invoicing just needs to be clearer as to what is being charged and how much is being held on the card. Also the time after the car has been handed back the money held on the card should not take 5 working days to be released

Pros: Mostly everything was spot on. Quick pick up and drop off. Shuttle service from car depot to airport efficient. Great value, so much cheaper than other rental companies

Cons: Nothing to do with the service it was 100%. The only complaint I have is the car smelt like it had previously had a smoker in it

Pros: General decent budget service

Cons: Car I had was terribly underpowered and not able to reasonably climb without stressing the engine, especially with full car

Cons: Slightly less convenient than some other car rental providers if you are arriving at Sydney airport (need to take shuttle, not available at airport itself)
