And they were very good when I requested to delay the pick up time by 90 mins. Returning was equally easy. The technician simply asked me to go on to wait for the shuttle, no need to go to the office.

Cons: [1] the acknowledgment email/bill - which state I could still be liable for any unexplained charges (I received it within 1 hr after the car was returned). It refers to a non-existent vehicle inspection file. Luckily, nothing else for the past 3 days. [2] They actually charged AUD500 instead of a hold (unlike other companies) - waiting for refund to show up.

Bayswater provided a new clean car at a very decent rate and made handling the toll charges a breeze. It's nice when your car rental company helps you enjoy your vacation.

Cons: Unfortunately they are not on site but the hassle of off site is worth it. It slows the pick up process and you have to allow extra time to get to the terminal from the car return on a shuttle.

Definitely will rent with No Bird again for another visit!

We rented through 4 other companies on this vacation in different locations and all but Nobirds were very helpful making sure we were set up. NoBirds agent said figure it out and if you need any cords or such go to the gas station and buy them.

Also when I had an issue of my flight on the next morning and me handing the car in few hours earlier and no where to stay I was offered for a few dollars to use the car for the few hours and return. Cons: I was purchased the car insurance on the discovercars platform. Bit when we get there in the no birds office, we have noticed that we need pay $14 per day car insurance . The only different is that if you got car accident. The platform insurance you have to deal with the insirance company by your self.and pay the excess fee $1000. But if you buy no birds company insirance . You dont need worry anything. No need to pay excess fee. So i would like to pay direct to the no birds. To save time

Pros: No Birds keeps everything easy and simple. No ridiculous amount of paperwork. They explain everything and the insurance is really cheap for a no excess ect.

Cons: We were quoted a price by Internet with unlimited km. When I picked up the car in Sydney, I was informed that there would be an additional AUD $150 charge because we would be driving it into the state of Queensland. It may have been on the fine print on the Internet site, but would have been nice if this was obvious upfront.

Pros: Very efficient both collection and drop off although still waiting to hear if any issues

Cons: Shuttle collection from airport was a hassle
