Pros: Friendly efficient service and loved the unlimited kms
Cons: Car didn’t have friendly cruise control function. or dashboard. Hard to tell what speed the cc was set on so had to rely on Waze to confirm approx speed.

Pros: Everything was perfect for us. It was our first time visiting Sydney and we just have to walk a bit and wait for them to pick us to the rental station, as well as dropping off the car they provide shuttle back to the airport. The car was really in a clean and good condition. The features in the car was absolutely great for our comfort and safety as well. And most importantly, the price is affordable! Definitely will rent with No Bird again for another visit!

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
If the renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter's credit card will be charged the cost of the toll plus an administration fee. You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Additional Driver, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
From New South Wales, only travel to Victoria, Queensland is allowed.
