Cons: Missold upgrade - only gained 10l of boot space for €250. Disgraceful. Left sunglasses in car at return...called within hours, gone, no comeback. Zero. Car was dangerous - bad tyres, bad washer mix, vibration under braking (warped discs or worn suspension parts). Disgraceful company, never renting there again.

Cons: Higher fee and car assigned after completing pre-check in was different from requested. Have to email to request to change, which fortunately Sixth arranged. Kindly understand that assigning different vehicle may affect customers’ planning in terms of luggage space.

Pros: The attitude at the rental agency in the airport but nothing else
Cons: I am a Sixt platinum member and rented a luxury car (a Full-size Van Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer Automatic) for six senior people to make our journey comfortable. However, during the trip, I encountered several technical issues with the car that made our journey intolerable. The front passenger seat could not be adjusted—missing a knob to change it. The mid door could not be opened from the inside, and there was a broken button. Midline chairs do not let the back passengers go out.
