Cons: Because of scheduling I had to take a diesel car for the first couple of days and then it would be swapped for another car. I don't mind driving diesel and the service agents were offering pickup and dropoff at our convenience, but would have preferred to actually got the car I reserved right away and with one rental session.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
