Pros: Very fast and efficient collection service after filling all my documents online to make the pick up easier to complete

Cons: Not sure they had enough cars I was given a new car to them because they said flights had been delayed and my car would be delivered to me later in the day, but I had to ring them at 6pm to ask when we could expect the exchange as we were waiting to go out for the evening

Pros: Speed in responding to messages (a car light had turned on and they responded immediately to fix the problem), kindness of the car rental agents, transparency when picking up the car (they show you in detail every sign and even invite you to take a video if you want), speed in returning the car

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
