Pros: Very friendly and helpful, good small cars (Suzuki Ignis, perfect for the island) even if it was smaller than the one expected (Citroën C3). Very happy with our car rental ! Thank you

Cons: Administration papers and assurance discussions (what is included or not), review of the car to avoid any issues afterwards etc... took a longer time than expected but at the end, everything was clear.

Pros: Very polite staff. My car was not ready when I arrived as the flight landed 50 minutes early. They asked if I was okay to wait and also offered me an alternative car to use for the day as my resort was only a 10 minute drive from the airport and then they would swap it for the car I had booked later that day of the following day. I choose to wait and they offered me some water, whilst waiting.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece, Greece - Crete Island.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 21 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 24 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
