Pros: The agent waited for me at the arrivals, picked me up with the car and drove about 500 meters, where the Agency is. Car in very good condition, few minor scratches, but he noted them, so I had no surprise at returnal. Very quick pick up and drop off. And the price was unbeatable.

Cons: I think the deposit was a bit too much, 1000 Eur for a small car, even if I had a full insurance provided via DiscoverCars. Yet, the deposit was fully returned when i droped the car.

Pros: Everything was easy. We were met at the airport, driven to the office (which was less than 500m from the airport), completed the paperwork, and we were off in 15 min. The car was perfect for our family. Returning the car was just as easy. Highly recommend Dirent!

Pros: Amazing service, I was picked up from the airport, immediately given car after the paper were filled. The stuff treated as fairy, no problems by car inspection and I was also taken to the airport by the stuff at the end of my trip.

Cons: I would prefer full tank when receiving the car and full tank when returning the car because it is much clearer for me as calculating how much gas I should put in the end of my trip to the car.

Cons: Small thing but the fuel policy was "full to full", however the tank was 8/10's full so we had to estimate how much fuel to get it back to they level. Would be far easier if it had been full.

Pros: Friendly customer service, speedy pick up and delivery of car at the office located a 2 min walk from the terminal building. The car was brand new, and was very comfortable and safe. We will definetively use this company again next time on Zakynthos.

Cons: Direct is a short walk from the airport. Still, after a long flight it would have been nice to be picked up from the airport, as i was expecting, so we didn't have to carry two large suitcases and hand luggage a few hundred yards across Greek roads and pavements. They were kind enough to give us a lift to the airport coming home after we had dropped the car off.

Pros: What we liked about the service was that in case of trouble our rental agent, Nicolas (very kind!) was available for us 24/7, which proved to be important since our first car broke down. Nicolas was available on the phone and he ensured us that the break-down service will arrive within an our, and exactly one hour later the trailer arrived and we got a new car. Both of our cars were clean and easy to handle. We were pleased about that the deposit was transfered back within 3 days.

Cons: We were diasappointed the driver who supposed to be waiting for us at the airport to transfer us to the office was late even though our plane was late. We wasn't sure that anybody will pick us up but he finally arrived.

Pros: Nice staff, the car was clean and functional, although there were some noises coming at low revs. Returning the car was very fast and the evaluation was short, without surprises and with no tentative of ripping us off.

Cons: I would have wanted to receive the car that was advertised (VW Up instead of Nissan Micra). The pick-up time was a bit more than 30 minutes. Only one operator, giving cars to 3 or 4 couples in front. Car was scratched in so many places, but I guess it was ok.

Cons: When we came to the airport the pickup person wasn't there, we went to the outside where it was marked "Rental car pickup zone" or something and the guy had trouble finding us. That would be fine if he wasn't angry about it. I mean, it is our first time there, how could I better explain where are we.

Pros: The communication was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The car was brand new and of a perfect condition. We were also very happy about its model because it was higher, so very convenient in sometimes not so good roads. Overall extremely satisfied about Dirent a car Greece, would definitely recommend to others and would come back to the same agency if I come back to Greece myself!!
