Dirent a car Greece at Zakynthos Airport

Pros: nice people, nice service

Pros: They really take care of the Customer in the best way possible

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Cons: I seggiolini per bambini li ho dovuti montare io senza nessuno aiuto e non erano in buono stato generale. Generalmente sporchi.

Pros: Car was ready and waiting, the initial check over the car was very thorough. Almost brand new car

Cons: N/a

Pros: Really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely car (practically brand new) and excellent support throughout our trip.

Pros: New car, car was waiting for us. Drop-off process super quick, Alexandru, the agent, super nice guy.

Pros: Friendly straightforward and efficient

Cons: Nothing

Cons: they steal. the boss came out and bent down. there is damage. i hadn't been on anything. he showed it was under the car. then i had to pay. fraud and without greek honor.

Pros: Great service and excellent car choices

Pros: Over all excellent

Cons: No longer being picked up from airport and walking to the office ,this I understand is due to airport restrictions.

Pros: Quick pick up and friendly agent, quick drop off as well.

Cons: We booked and paid extra for a satnav in the car, the car didn’t have this and there was no ability to connect our phones via Bluetooth either, which still would have been using our data after we’d paid for a working satnav system. Had we known we’d have saved £40 and brought ours from the UK. So we just had google maps and took the hit on our data. No offer of a partial refund due to this.

Pros: Fijne autoverhuur. Zonder gedoe en gelijk aan de beurt. Goede auto.

Pros: Very friendly! Simple, fast and focused

Cons: There is nothing to say!

Pros: George was excellent. Service was exceptional. Car was good quality and as expected

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic

Pros: First class highly professional service that gave me confidence in them from the moment I walked into the office. Clean , top condition car with pick up and drop off procedure quick and easy. Car completely photographed on a tablet with pictures uploaded before you drive it away. I would definitely recommend Dirent Zakynthos

Cons: Zero to dislike.

Pros: Fast car rental, clear rental conditions known in advance, very clean inside and outside, nice smell

Cons: High excess, very week motor for Zakynthos full of mountains, not full-full policy as described, but half-half in my case, have to return car inside without sand otherwise charged -so you need to clean well as during summer holiday with the greek roads impossible without sand

Pros: Good overall experience, clean car and friendly staff .

Pros: quick and efficient and very polite and helpful

Cons: nothing they were brilliant

Pros: Great advice, helpful and polite. Never had any issues during the rental which is when I guess you really find out how their service is

Pros: Seemed nice on pick up, very helpful. Quick to get you out and on your way.

Cons: Nice car, and what I thought was a nice rental. But on return was blamed for damage underneath the car that I did not do. They never went underneath the car before the rental. Then when I disputed they became rude and threatened larger charges for the damage.

Pros: Speed of getting the car

Cons: Getting hugely over charged for a scrape on a piece of plastic that's 20cm above the road surface, knowing fine well they will do no work to it

Pros: The car was almost new, clean and the service great!

Pros: A very warm welcome and a quality car.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: it was a pleasure to rent from Direct! We rented 2 cars for a week and it was so easy to check in and check out.

Pros: Very fast, prompt and they had a nice location. When they saw the booking with discover cars with full insurance the agent told me I'm fully covered and didn't even try suggesting I need any additional insurance.

Pros: Staff were fabulous, really nice new clean car, everything was perfect

Pros: I travel for work and i am used to rent a car. In this case it was for holidays, and really the service was excellent from all the points of view! Quality and price but, most of all, kindness of the people. Super recommended

Cons: Nothing -all good

Pros: Very good

Cons: Very good

Pros: Avoid! Seemed to be a good company with good prices. But wasn't!

Cons: These mickeymouse companies always find the way to charge extra. This time 75€. The cheater looked at my wife's seat and said it is salty and the whole car needs a biological cleaning - and my wife didn't even went to sea and I put always a many layered towel on the seat. I rent car about five times every year and from now on I'll stick to the big companies whatever they cost and avoid these little cheaters. They leave a taste of shit for the whole trip.

Cons: The pick up is not outside of terminal but outside of the airport.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The agent waited for me at the arrivals, picked me up with the car and drove about 500 meters, where the Agency is. Car in very good condition, few minor scratches, but he noted them, so I had no surprise at returnal. Very quick pick up and drop off. And the price was unbeatable.

Cons: I think the deposit was a bit too much, 1000 Eur for a small car, even if I had a full insurance provided via DiscoverCars. Yet, the deposit was fully returned when i droped the car.

Pros: Amazing service, I was picked up from the airport, immediately given car after the paper were filled. The stuff treated as fairy, no problems by car inspection and I was also taken to the airport by the stuff at the end of my trip.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Professional

Cons: Nada

Pros: What we liked about the service was that in case of trouble our rental agent, Nicolas (very kind!) was available for us 24/7, which proved to be important since our first car broke down. Nicolas was available on the phone and he ensured us that the break-down service will arrive within an our, and exactly one hour later the trailer arrived and we got a new car. Both of our cars were clean and easy to handle. We were pleased about that the deposit was transfered back within 3 days.

Cons: We were diasappointed the driver who supposed to be waiting for us at the airport to transfer us to the office was late even though our plane was late. We wasn't sure that anybody will pick us up but he finally arrived.

Pros: Quick and kind

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nice staff, the car was clean and functional, although there were some noises coming at low revs. Returning the car was very fast and the evaluation was short, without surprises and with no tentative of ripping us off.

Cons: I would have wanted to receive the car that was advertised (VW Up instead of Nissan Micra). The pick-up time was a bit more than 30 minutes. Only one operator, giving cars to 3 or 4 couples in front. Car was scratched in so many places, but I guess it was ok.

Pros: Friendly and efficient service, close to the airport terminal

Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: Great and friendly service. Everything very smooth. Car in great condition and had more space than we needed.

Cons: We liked everything.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Nice spec of car

Cons: Seats were dirty and car smelt despite being valeted

Pros: Nikolas gave us the number that we can call if we need anything, he explained all the important information to us.

Cons: When we came to the airport the pickup person wasn't there, we went to the outside where it was marked "Rental car pickup zone" or something and the guy had trouble finding us. That would be fine if he wasn't angry about it. I mean, it is our first time there, how could I better explain where are we.

Pros: The communication was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The car was brand new and of a perfect condition. We were also very happy about its model because it was higher, so very convenient in sometimes not so good roads. Overall extremely satisfied about Dirent a car Greece, would definitely recommend to others and would come back to the same agency if I come back to Greece myself!!

Cons: All was great!

Pros: Very good service with shuttle.

Cons: The price is very high in mid of summer, but that’s by all car rentals

Pros: Super gentili e disponibili.
