Cons: Dont use this company. They scams. They have own pricing for luggages and they wont tell that in advance. They check how many luggages you have and If there more than car details inform they charge you 150€. That was not in contract. Luggage pricing note is informed afterwards. You have mark all the scratchs before you pick up car. They wont do that.

Pros: The office is near at the airport, and they also received me late at 22: 00 a clock. The car return was fast.

Cons: The car was full of damage, the windshield washer and left mirror did not work. Despite my 100% insurance, they wanted to take out insurance worth 375 euros with me. Noncence. The deposit is charged for 15 days, which is completely unacceptable (7 days in case of rental) The deposit is an extremely high 2000 EUR, and the rental fee is 1000 EUR, so we got a beat-up bus.

Cons: The agressive push to buy extra insurance although this was bought already at discover cars, we had to wait for a car brought in that was so damaged we could impossible list all damages such that upon returning the car we could be charged for one or several damages, the right head light was damaged such that the light at night only shined 2 meters in front of the car: dangerous and probably not legal Also the real fuel level (1/3) didn’t match the level on the report (5/8]

Pros: They had a van waiting at the airport to take you to the car rental counter location (off-airport). The car was as described and clean.

Cons: They're a scam. I came back with a coin-sized scuff on the BOTTOM of the bump (not visible unless you're laying on your back under the car) and they charged me 400euros in damage fees.

Pros: one of the sales representatives, Mrs. Eva, was rather nice and oriented to problem solving. car was rather clean at pick-up.

Cons: the car was in poor condition. it was scratched and dented on every side. even the car radio antenna was crooked. both tail lights were broken and the headlights were matted(lustreless). even so the sales agent put me in charge of crossing on a piece of paper the scratches. when I told him it was nearly impossible and it would take a lot of time he made some marks. car key was broken. at drop-off they tried to charge us for a scratch 400 euros.

Cons: No one in the airport at arrival. Had to call and wait 1/2 hour. Rented a car for 7 persons. But only shuttleservice for 2. 4 people had to wait in the airport for 2 hours before we could pick them up. Despite we made a Quick tjek in before arrival they did not use it. There were several customers and only one person to help, drive the shuttlecar, register the informations, receive payment and tjek the Cars.

Pros: They came at the airport to meet me and took me back at the end of my holiday.

Cons: Carwiz insist that I should take a full coverage dispite the fact that I already took a full coverage online on discovercar.com They told me that it was not the same "coverage" and end up threaten me to sign. They told me I was going to have my fuel stolen or that loss of key was not covered...they insist so much, it was really annoying.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
