Pros: the office agent was calm

Cons: 1. The trunk dampers didn't work and my head was hitted when putting luggage in. 2. The key didn't have a battery and the remote lock and unlock didn't work. 3. The car's tires were worn out and I couldn't start on a slope in 1st gear, the car was skidding. 4. The fuel level sensor didn't work, it always showed that the car was full. 5. They tricked me into getting full insurance at the office on site for €20 per day, while online price offer of 11€. 6. Extra charge 35€ for 1h earlier drop off!

Pros: Airport pick up was OK, the agent was outside the airport but we found her OK.

Cons: The car had 79000 kms on it and had scratches and dents everywhere. Inside was not any better, some plastic elements were broken off, the rubber mats were sliding underfoot. Fuel gauge barely moved after adding 7 liters of fuel.

Pros: What's worse, they xharged a flat 248 EU for minor scratches on the bumper (illegal generally--there was not even a pretext of assessing actual cosr) on a car probably not worth more than 1500). Then they DO NOT RESPOND at all to emails indicating I need actual paperwork to get reimbursed for their absurd charges. Literally no response so far to three emails over almost 2 weeks.

Cons: You cannot rely on them for anything apparently, and they will just ignore you. I will have to challenge the charge legally, and waste days dealing with their negligence and indifference.

Pros: Really friendly staff. Noticed I had the insurance with discover cars already so didn’t bother trying to sell me their insurance which was nice. Special shout out to Alexandros who gave us lots of great tips for things to do on the island

Cons: Only negative was it did take a while to pick up the car at the desk, but this was only because the person was new and we weren’t in a rush so it didn’t matter anyway.

Cons: The representative at the office tryed too apply EXTRA charge due to my age(72) and I had to show him that conditions stated:No EXTRA charge under the age of 76 and after a few phonecalls he admitted his failure. But I had to be alert.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
