Ok Mobility at Zakynthos Airport

Cons: The agent was trying to sell full protection insurance claiming that the one purchased during the booking it will be only valid to certain amount which was different to the one it showed on the paper work.

Pros: Very pushy with extra insurance. 3 staff members saying a simple scratch would mean losing a £1000 deposit. Not had this from other companies. I am experienced driving abroad. This was met with distaste. Will not use ok mobility again. Very disappointed as previous service 2 years ago was outstanding

Pros: Over the years gave had a number of cars from OK Mobility all of these have been in great condition with the odd mark/scratches expected on a hire car This visit booked a smaller car as I was travelling alone.There wasn't an area in the car which didn't have visible damage on it so appeared shabby partially as all of the previous damage would have been charged to previous hirers.

Pros: The car was in good state really clean. And the girl on the counter kind of polite.

Cons: The worst experience ever. Booking was cancelled by OK Mobility as according to them the car was not insured. I called over 30mins with an agent from DiscoverCars and even he could not get help me to get the car. Please cancel the booking and refund me my money as I didn’t rent the car.

Cons: We had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. Despite clearly explaining multiple times that we had our own valid insurance, the lady manager refused to release the car unless we purchased their full insurance. Her tone was aggressive, and she even threatened not to give us the car unless we paid for the additional coverage. Besides, we overheard another customer at the next counter facing the exact same issue.

Cons: Didn’t refund the fuel money and I payed double insurance once for discover car and once for ok mobility which discover cars didn’t refund either. Don’t bother booking with them.

Cons: They are scammers! The Zakynthos office manager is a scammer. Will never ever again use Discover cars and Ok Mobility again.

Cons: The branch manager was unreasonable and very unfriendly, both to us and to the renters before and after us. This was an unpleasant experience.

Cons: The officer said that we're not allowed to put a 14 kg bag on the backseat when it didn't fit in the trunk. He said it was not allowed. So, after a long trip to Zakynthos, I was too tired to argue with him and because we already paid, he forced us to rent three times more expensive car, to get the bags three kilometers to the hotel. Is it really forbidden to put such light bag on the backseat when you e.g. put two 120 kg persons there? I would like to get an answer.

Pros: The price. Very good value. Vaggelis was very friendly and handled the return quickly and efficiently.

Cons: The pick up. It took nearly 1 and a half hours to get the car upon arrival and I'd checked in on line.

Cons: They weren't happy that I took out insurance on the discovercars website and were overly focused on ensuring the condition of the car on return. Fortunately I had taken photos of a mark that was on the car when hired.

Cons: It was fine but your online system let me book it for 19:30 on the 7th of April when there was no staff in anyway. I came back twice that day. I had to come back the following morning to pick up.

Pros: Nick the representative was very friendly and informative. He made renting the car a smooth experience. I would definitely rent again.

Cons: Car was ordered with a baby seat for the car. The seat wasn’t installed when the car was picked up. Furthermore nobody knew how to install it properly. Took quite some time and had to do it by myself.

Cons: At the time of my arrival, the gentleman at the counter gave me an old Opel Corsa with scratches and dents everywhere on the outside, and extremely dirty inside. There is no wind shield wiper fluid and I only found out the next day. He said he felt sorry and will try to give me a different, better car next day - turned out to be a lie, he never even contacted me during my 4 day rental period. He also tried very hard to push me to buy unnecessary car insurance, which costs 4 times higher than

Cons: Original car was awful. Really old, falling apart. Air conditioning not working, middle seat belt unusable. We complained and they swapped for a new but much smaller car, refusing to lower the price. In the end we have overpaid massively for a small car, and feel very cheated by the whole process
