Pros: Rent4u was good, reliable even if it felt a uneasy to leave the car and keys to someone working in the garage. It would have felt more safe to leave it to the rental firm. Took days to get an ok and for therm to let go of the deposition. Unnessesary stress for the costumer.

Pros: This was a complete disaster. Worst experience ever renting a car. Hard to find Rent4U kiosk. No one was there when kiosk found. No one answered phone when 2 phone numbers were called. Wasted over 2 hours in this ordeal. Went to Avis & got immediate attention, service & a car.
Cons: Didn't get any service whatsoever. Stay away from this outfit.
