Cons: Tried to charge me for 1800€ as security deposit, instead of the 1400 that I was informed by you. Finally they agreed on 1400. Poor communication in English. Bought a new 10liter bottle of Adblue for diesel engines, and after I topped up the car and when I dropped it off I asked them for a refund of the remaining quantity. They refused because I had no "valid receipt" from the gas station they advised me to refuel!!

Pros: Easy pick up

Cons: The fact that the deposit it 1400€ None responsiveness of the rental agents after I dropped off the car The fact that my deposit hasn’t been unblocked The outside of the car was dirty and full of scratches and the lady seemed bothered by the fact that we pointed it out The man was rude to say the least, and had no patience when explaining the contract For the drop off we were given a fotocopy of a map that was unreadable and took forever to find. Also no instructions were given for parking.

Pros: New car, possibility to pay by cash, price for rent

Cons: Rent 4 u manager, when I drop off the car without scratches and some accidents, say nothing and accept my return. But when I come to the office next day to rent my cash deposit, they show me the photo with scratch on the driver door. I said that it’s not my fall, I didn’t have any accidents with a car. So, they charge 100€ from my deposit, and said that it’s my fall.

Pros: Rent4u was good, reliable even if it felt a uneasy to leave the car and keys to someone working in the garage. It would have felt more safe to leave it to the rental firm. Took days to get an ok and for therm to let go of the deposition. Unnessesary stress for the costumer.

Pros: This was a complete disaster. Worst experience ever renting a car. Hard to find Rent4U kiosk. No one was there when kiosk found. No one answered phone when 2 phone numbers were called. Wasted over 2 hours in this ordeal. Went to Avis & got immediate attention, service & a car.

Cons: Didn't get any service whatsoever. Stay away from this outfit.

Pros: Nothing But trash and a SCAMMMM

Cons: They are a scam company they are not legitimate please don’t ruin any future travelers trips. Pickup for 8am more like pickup at 10am. “Rented what car? We only have one car and it’s the one you’re getting “ no damage on veichle, charges you 10 extra euros to get additional car protection only to scam you and charge 500 more a few days after claiming “undercarriage damage” YET NO ONE WAS THERE FOR PICKUP. Reviews all claim scam and extra fraudulent charges. PLEASE DO NOT KEEP SCAMMING PEOPLE.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 73.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Cash, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is only allowed for European Union countries.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
