Cons: They seem to operate fraud where they accuse renters of breaking things they did not break. In this instance they never ever mentioned any insurance coverage for the interior but then after we returned the car they sent a picture of the interior with a button broken. The button was not broken when we returned the car. It appears to be a scam to get money.

Pros: Registration desk was outstanding and Bruno at the return was very professional, helpful and polite .

Cons: Language of car interface was in French and the agent in the garage was of no help whatsoever. Tire pressure was low in 3 tires, overinflated on remaining tire and no fluid in windshield reservoir.

Cons: 1. Given a Toyota CHR when I paid for a VW Troc, when the Toyota was showing £60 cheaper if i had chosen it. 2. did not like the hard sell for insurance/not the most friendliest 3. High one way charge 4. Drop off location actually requires a bus transfer to departures - we were not aware of this and luckily we were early so had time for this.

Cons: We didn't rent the car and lost our deposit. The lady and the rental desk was irate and quick to temper. When she asked for a credit card my partner handed her card over, we were curtly told that it had to be in my name. The only other solution would be to be charged an additional 33 Euros per day. We promptly left and spoke to another car rental company who provided us with a fantastic vehicle at a fraction of the price and were very helpful and polite whilst doing so.

Pros: I didn't like their service at all. I recommend you not to work with them.

Cons: Dreadful service at the car agency. The agent insisted on upselling insurance, doubling the price, and claimed Discover Cars wouldn't cover damages. Despite our multiple refusals, she persisted with unnecessary offers and also pushed a towing service, which we declined. Adding to the frustration, their phone lines were unresponsive.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving licence in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Additional insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
