Pros: Price

Cons: They tried to scam me charging me for a damage that I didn't do and I lost time to proof I was right. Drop off was difficult because there was no parking slot available and no operator replied to my calls (22 p.m). Customer service is truly poor.

Pros: Overall, it was good auto for the price paid.

Cons: We didn't like that when we came to pick up the car, the autovia agent scared us that we don't have any insuranceand tried to push us to pay the same price that we paid for a car - for the insurance of autovia. Due to this, our overall experience from rental was quite stressful. We understood that we had insurance from discover cars, but all the time were stressed that something will happen that is not dependend from us (somebody will do something to a car on a car parking etc)

Cons: Because the conditions required for booking were not clear before arriving at the rental office, and because the options available after booking and paying the deposit were unfair, as I was given two options: either to pay the specified value of the car I chose, then a reservation of one thousand euros would be added to my credit card, or to pay a high amount for car insurance, which is what I did in the end, forced to do after paying part of the amount. Pros: Agents were mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was some confusion at the end of the trip about a scratch on the car. Luckily I had videoed the car as a whole when I picked it up, but I no doubt would have been charged for something I did not cause if I had not done the extra work on my part as it was missed by the Autovia representative beforehand.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1760.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
