Pros: loved the car.
Cons: there was an oil change warning when we got the car. they didnt answered our calls and until we got an approve that its ok we coudlnt drive (took like an hour). they didnt contact me about my deposit.

Cons: They didn’t release the car to me had to rent another vehicle last minute costing three times as much, no one told me I have to have international driver license to rent car from this company, no other company required international license but 5his company, so cost me lots of mon dealing with is company , and 5he6 have not refunded my money as of yet even though they refuse to rent the car to me..

Pros: Agents were mostly friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was some confusion at the end of the trip about a scratch on the car. Luckily I had videoed the car as a whole when I picked it up, but I no doubt would have been charged for something I did not cause if I had not done the extra work on my part as it was missed by the Autovia representative beforehand.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
