Cons: The car was dirty outside and gas was not full. Luckily, we saw just outside of the airport and took a picture of the dashboard to prove the fact that the gas was only a third full. When returned the car, we had to show him and argue just a little bit, but then he took our word for it.

Pros: The agents tried to help solve the fact there was no case for me to pick up although it has been confirmed online.
Cons: I booked a “mini elite”. When I went to pick it up, there was no car for me! I’d booked successfully, so it should have been there. The agents were able to get another car for me but I had to wait for it to be driven from the airport - the delay played havoc with urgent morning appointments. The replacement car had not been cleaned (I’d been advised and accepted this), it wasn’t fully charged, I didn’t receive adequate info about charging it, it wasn’t the size I’d booked. Very unhappy :(

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
