Noleggiare at Rome Termini Train Station

Pros: Didn’t get a car despite having paid for it! No refund etc. there was a bus & metro strike with no taxis available. We had to walk which took a while so we were late to pick up the car. As we didn’t ring to inform them (no coverage where we were) they gave the car away.

Cons: So annoyed I had to walk away. We were on our way to our daughter’s wedding in the countryside of Rome. There was no understanding or anything taken in to consideration of the transport issues in Rome.

Cons: The car was damaged and at the end they wanted to scam me to pay for sometnign that is not visable and i did not make

Cons: The car had damages before we rented it and when we returned the car the man tried to imply we had made more damages which fortunately we had taken photos which proved they were there before. Did not appreciate trying to be blamed for damage not caused which was obviously there before.

Pros: We were very pleased—the car was clean, nice, and a new model. We were well-informed when picking it up, and returning it was super easy. Exploring Italy by car was wonderful

Cons: The sales agent tried to scam us when collecting the car by saying that the credit card (with no limit) used to make the booking was only able to have the security deposit for the more expensive insurance coverage go through but the normal insurance coverage deposit was declined on the card. We said that it was a scam because the card didn’t have a limit and then her attitude changed to be completely rude and ignorant. We asked for them to try the card again and all of a sudden it went through.

Pros: Cant comment - there was no staff on drop off. Car was not ready on collection - was not clean and was not full of fuel.

Cons: Lack to staff. Received a claim for a scrach - with no evidence and a bill for 320 euro. i did not damage the car- this is a scam. i will contest it with Discover cars as i took full coverage.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me some good advice about driving in Italy.

Cons: Car was dirty and was crashed on one side, it had scratches all over.. luckily i took pictures and video of the before a left the car rental office because it had scratches that were not in their scratch location paper. If i wouldn't have taken pictures of the car, i would have been charged for something that was already there.

Cons: The attendants became insistent and threatening when they discovered that I had arranged insurance already. Repeatedly saying that I should take out their policy as there would inevitably be scratches. I took extremely good care of the vehicle, no incidents whatsoever, upon returning the car the agent responsible for receiving the car, asked if the car was insured with them and immediately after, found the inevitable faint hairline scratches.

Cons: They are trying to charge me for a scrap UNDER the car's bumper, with an UNCLEAR REPORT, after i had the car for 4 hours and i was sitting inside of the car the entire time. A complete theft which i will report in trustpilot, tripadvisor, googlemaps and every portal i will find.

Cons: We spent over an hour trying to locate the rental office at our departure airport at MXP. No signage anywhere! extremely stressful while trying to catch our flight. NO GAS stations available so they banged me $107 for 1/8th of a tank of fuel.

Cons: The agent was not very helpful. We had to book one of the two cars with a different rental car company and paid double the price. We wanted two 7 seaters which was confirmed but when we got there we were told they didn’t have the car for us. We were there for almost 2 hours.

Cons: Our trip to Italy was runied by this company. We had booked 3 separate legs before we want for intercity travel and everytime, the rental desk took more than 2 hours, they never pick up phone, drop off location is never defined properly, finding desk in Venice airport was unbelievably hard and car return process was a nightmare. Location wasnt defined in MXP and Roma Tirbutina. Security deposit not yet returned after 3 weeks. They are cheats and you should not have them on your website.

Cons: The car did not seem to be clean when we picked up. Also, it was VERY difficult to find return location in Venice due to lack of specifics in return instructions and lack of labeling in the garage.

Pros: Easy check in and out. We did not have any issues (such as breaking down or collisions) so I can not rate what would happen in that situation.

Pros: The car we rent was damage and they did not have replacement with the same size. We had to get an smaller car.

Cons: No one could help me when i need to drop off the car. I had a flight after that and i almost lost it because of you. The adress was closed because of the time and since the beggining of the booking the estimated time to drop off was there. Why nobody told me before that the drop off would happen in other adress? So desorganized and the girl in the telephone was more losted than me, nobody could help me and i almost let the car in the middle of the street, because there is nothing i could do.

Cons: Rental agent was a jerk. Also priced higher than quote and bigger deposit. Was later surcharged for fuel because I didnt have a receipt.

Cons: Wasted 3 hrs trying to return my car and to contact their office, with no response as their Florence office is closed on Sunday, and the return date is scheduled on a Sunday. The only advice from their Rome office is for me to continue their Florence office. I wasted another hour+ on the next day to return the car.

Cons: When we returned the car, they searched very very hard to find any reason to charge us. Fortunately, they were unable to find anything. But he tried to say that we had put a hairline scratch on the rim, but I was able to wipe it off, it was just dirt, but that’s how desperate they were to find a way to charge us.

Cons: the guy on the front desk was very rude, i booked the car for 8 am pick up i arrived 9.45 am after waiting for about 15 minutes in the line to get to speak to him, he then said car is gone and I will have to charge you extra 240 euros to get you another car even though I have paid in full for the car hire 2 weeks earlier. i went to pick up the car from a carpark which is about 8 minutes' walk, I got there to find the car very dirty and damaged... attached are the photos.

Cons: They have deducted an additional amount of €82.30 from my credit card deposit. There was no communication on why it has been charged and they haven't provided/emailed any invoice. I had a very bad experience with this supplier, they delayed my car delivery by 3hrs. promised car unavailable and they kept us waiting for 3 hrs. Whole family with kids with luggage waited and we missed out our pre-booked guided Rome tour worth €165. Fuel was not full .

Pros: Was easy to locate rental desk in Rome termini. The agents were helpful and were not pushy on the add-on including insurance.

Cons: The return office in Florence was very confusing. Rental desk simply handed over the paper with instructions without any guidance. Initially I parked in the parking lot near to their office but was told that's not the place to return the car and had to take the same some 1.5km far. Again it was just park the car and drop the key in the box. No one was there to take it over or acknowledge the return. No docs or emails received from them while pickup and return. Deposit is still blocked on the car

They had the worst customer service, gave my car away, made me purchase a more expensive car, were very rude to me, had no shuttle from the return site to the airport, and the car seat we rented through them was NOT up to safety standards.

Pros: They were kind when we picked the vehicle up in Rome. But, again finding the desk was not easy, it was a slow process.

Cons: When you drop the vehicle off in Florence you literally drop the vehicle off in a residential parking garage, completely not labeled “Noleggiare”. Hey resident of the building was kind enough to let us in and tell us there is some form of car rental on the bottom of the garage. The parking garage is 1 mile from the train station. Avis, enterprise, budget, sixt are all 2 city blocks from the Train station. There is no label of where to drop the car off, no attendant, nothing!! Just a guess..

Pros: Employées were all very helpful and they went out of their way to give me an upgrade (probably double upgrade) because I had to wait a while to get my car.

Cons: They never informed me once of the need for an international license. Not an email not a text message nothing. When I wanted to cancel to get my deposit back they refused and said I can’t do it anymore. I felt swindled and scammed. I’d never rent from them in my life.

Cons: The bancone didn't honour the voucher which stated a deposit of 200 euro and a price to pay (after the advance) of 36 euro. They claimed this can't be & that the deposit is 800 euro actually. They forced me to pay for another insurance so that I could pay only 100 euro in advance. They made me pay the full price, not respecting the advance of 23 euro I had already payed at discovercars.com. Not honouring the terms of the voucher is not honouring a signed contract is an illegal business practice.
