Pros: Was easy to locate rental desk in Rome termini. The agents were helpful and were not pushy on the add-on including insurance.
Cons: The return office in Florence was very confusing. Rental desk simply handed over the paper with instructions without any guidance. Initially I parked in the parking lot near to their office but was told that's not the place to return the car and had to take the same some 1.5km far. Again it was just park the car and drop the key in the box. No one was there to take it over or acknowledge the return. No docs or emails received from them while pickup and return. Deposit is still blocked on the car

Cons: Noleggiare provided the worst car rental experience of my life. They had the worst customer service, gave my car away, made me purchase a more expensive car, were very rude to me, had no shuttle from the return site to the airport, and the car seat we rented through them was NOT up to safety standards.

Pros: We needed to use the toilet at drop off. They made excuse it was out of order. Bullshit!

Pros: They were kind when we picked the vehicle up in Rome. But, again finding the desk was not easy, it was a slow process.
Cons: When you drop the vehicle off in Florence you literally drop the vehicle off in a residential parking garage, completely not labeled “Noleggiare”. Hey resident of the building was kind enough to let us in and tell us there is some form of car rental on the bottom of the garage. The parking garage is 1 mile from the train station. Avis, enterprise, budget, sixt are all 2 city blocks from the Train station. There is no label of where to drop the car off, no attendant, nothing!! Just a guess..

Cons: Picking up was a bit slow and dropping the car was too far from the airport (kinda 3 km) However, they dropped me on the airport with a free transfer. Just take consideration of the time you'll need before your flight.

Pros: Employées were all very helpful and they went out of their way to give me an upgrade (probably double upgrade) because I had to wait a while to get my car.
Cons: I had to wait about 15 minutes to get service but then I got amazing service.
Pros: There was nothing I liked they were rude and horrible.
Cons: They never informed me once of the need for an international license. Not an email not a text message nothing. When I wanted to cancel to get my deposit back they refused and said I can’t do it anymore. I felt swindled and scammed. I’d never rent from them in my life.

Cons: Very unpleasant service and some real unreasonable rules they had. They never gave me the car and I had to go to another supplier and pay for the rental all over again.
Cons: The outside of the car was extremely dirty, including all the windows, which obscured my view. The inside was clean.
Cons: too slow, only one lady at the agency and the deposit (caution) ewas ridiculously high... 800 euros
Cons: The bancone didn't honour the voucher which stated a deposit of 200 euro and a price to pay (after the advance) of 36 euro. They claimed this can't be & that the deposit is 800 euro actually. They forced me to pay for another insurance so that I could pay only 100 euro in advance. They made me pay the full price, not respecting the advance of 23 euro I had already payed at discovercars.com. Not honouring the terms of the voucher is not honouring a signed contract is an illegal business practice.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
