Pegasus rent a car at Dalaman Airport

Pros: Disappointed they charged me £10 to clean the car. We left it with little more than the normal dirt you’d expect driving around for 2 days. They said there was dirt in the foot well but I can’t see the little thatwas y here could have been avoided

Pros: Really friendly staff, great affordable car with Android Auto embedded.

Pros: I had a fantastic experience with this car rental! A huge shoutout to Furkan, who was incredibly helpful and made everything run like clockwork. He handled our airport transfers (both pickup and drop-off) perfectly, which made our trip so much easier. ​I was especially grateful for the team’s flexibility. I had requested a car with folding rear seats, and although there was a slight mix-up at the start, they fixed it immediately once I mentioned it. Highly recommended:)

Cons: I arranged pick up at 11am and they showed up at 11.40am I scheduled drop off at 8pm, they showed up at 9pm The staff member doesnt speak english-or a very low basic, but we used translation online and that saved it. Had to pay 10euros for cleaning fee at the drop off, which i never came across before in any other rental company, its logical the car is not going to be shiny after 5 days use, the cleaning fee should already be included in the price.

Pros: The service received from Emre and Samet was truly amazing. There were some issues with my booking which was not only resolved promptly but Emre went above and beyond with the service provided

Cons: I was charged 10 euros to clean the car on delivery. This was not on the contract agreed and is a HIDDEN FEE. Fuel tank was half-full when I took the car. I delivered like for like but they tried to charge me for the fuel nevertheless.

Pros: Everything was okay until time of drop-off, they charged me with US$ 10.00 car cleaning while I lift quarter fuel tank more than time of pick-up which worth US$ 12.50 this is wrong attitude.

Cons: No body was waiting for me at the airpot although they sent me a whatsapp message with ther phone numbers assuming that I have an activated roaming service which I did not. They came after 30 minutes

Pros: Got picked up at airport for no additional fee at midnight, no deposit, very helpfull staff. Car was clean, Handoff was at the pegasus office, again staff drove us to the airport without any additional fee, very good service.

Cons: If we wouldve been in the crash, there were no accident report in the car, thats just something to check when you are picking any car up.

Pros: Did meet and greet at airport . Then took car back to Pegasus office (no mention of Discover Cars or Barbadian) and was driven to airport for departure.

Cons: Where to meet was confusing. We were told Arrivals Hall . As we had arrived very late the night before and spent a night at the airport hotel , we had to go back to the airport the next morning to collect the car. Of course , no re entry to arrivals so difficult to sort out where to meet. Did the rental transaction in a car park which felt a bit strange . But all was ok in the end. But very confusing between Discover Cars/Babadan and Pegasus - no idea who we were dealing with … !!

Pros: When we told them that the first car didn't work, they did replace it without too many issues.

Cons: Representatives didn't speak English: we had to communicate via Google Translate. They initially gave us a car that was covered in dents and scratches. One of the lights didn't work, and the cigarette lighter didn't work (so we couldn't use our SatNav). They refused to mark the scratches on the Rental Agreement, and said we should just take our own photos. There were no car documents inside, and there was no first aid kit, emergency triangle, etc. It all felt very pressured and rushed.

Cons: There is an empty to empty fuel policy, which is inconvenient and only leaves the car company with extra fuel because as a tourist, you will not have the car running in fumes and how would you know how much is needed. This is to benefit them. When dropping off the car, I was asked to come to the office only to be told that now drive to the airport and someone will meet you there. The car didn’t even have screen washer.

Told them car condition wasn’t good and no fuel wasn’t good but not much interest. Took car to their office on return as agreed but they were not there told to take it to the airport and waited for a few mins for them to arrive.

Cons: They noted down my credit card's details including the CCV code and expiry date. They claim they doesn't take deposit but they require noting down the credit card details which is totally not professional. That's why I rated the efficiency "1". The condition of the car was good but the tyres was old and depreciated, which was noy safe especially that the roads between Dalaman and Kaş are full of curves, up, and downs.

This took a lot of power from the car and even the air conditioning stoped cooling

Cons: I wasn't told it was a single person wh I was to loo out for ie I thought it was a company desk. The car was very old with 65,000 miles on the clock with poor suspension and very little power. Plus it wasn't onsite airport as I had to rop it back at their office.

Pros: The agent waited for me at the airport and the car was parked in front. It all went smoothly and the car was almost new (5000 km or so) and clean. The drop off process was also quick and smooth.

Cons: The car was delivered with am empty tank. The policy is same to same, but it's more convenient when it's full to full.

Pros: We rented 2 cars. One car the air con was not great and a slightly Kelsey car. Our 2nd car - Clio, was nearly brand new and brilliant
