Pros: Car was newish and ran well. Good price. Drop off very smooth as knew how it worked by then.

Cons: Couldn’t find the meet and greet. No sign with name on so wandered around which was difficult with a disabled person. They called in the end and we managed to find the man (no sign), who then drove us to office away from terminal. Not a problem if we had known in advance but a little disconcerting when two women and a child being driven somewhere! Car was average clean on inside and they asked me to add adblue as it needed filling. Also a charge to clean car at end.

Pros: The agent picked us up at the airport, loaded our bags, took us to the office where we sorted the paperwork, then we drove the same car away, no unloading and reloading yo a different car , and the same on the return journey. We returned the car earlier than stated, and we were immediately taken to the airport, no bother, very efficient.

Pros: The car was not Road worthy. Tire pressure light was on as soon as we sat in the car. It was damaged, stering column was loose and I had to fix it. It had a slow puncture and had to fix that too. The boot lid is dangerous as it did it stay in position when opened and came down and hit my head twice. In addition to this the AC was not working properly.

Cons: They turned up an hour late and had us waiting.!I had to call them to find out where they are.

Pros: Meet and greet at the airport was easy and the car was in the car park, so not off site. Major plus was that there was no hard sell on their insurance. Drop off was at their office just up the road from the airport. We followed them to the airport and were able to be dropped right outside the departure lounge. Great service and friendly staff.

Pros: The car was in good condition, i was given an automatic when i only paid for a manual which was a nice surprise, especially in turkey with all the steep roads they have there.

Cons: The agent wasnt there when i arrived, i had to call him while roaming which cost a few pounds. However he arrived quickly after and was very nice and apologetic.
