Pros: The quick service they rendered in picking up and dropping off you at airport.

Cons: Some staff mentioned “there would not be a credit for unused portion of the renting period” if that is true then they should revise their policy.

Pros: Once we got to their office everything was fast and efficient.

Cons: Had to wait about 15 minutes at the airport to be picked up and taken to their offices.

Cons: You have to get a lift to the place from the airport, you have to turne on data to WhatsApp them to say you are ready.

Cons: The same-to-same fuel policy The car could be a bit cleaner They did debit our deposit instead of holding it. We did get our deposit back, but due to currency difference we payed a minor fee.

Cons: Car was collected late at night so difficult to check in dark. 2 large dents were already in the front of the car and declared by the attendant. Next day discovered front left wheel was not original fitted wheel and rear left tyre had a slow puncture, both of which reported. No replacement car offered. Also deposit payment still has not been credited back, over one month after car booked back. Not impressed and such a shame as we used this company before and they were excellent. We deliberately

Cons: Forced into paying full coverage insurance with 0 alternatives. Also didn’t receive the car I expected, stated ‘Clio or similar’ for ease of parking in small spaces, received a 5 door Fiat Tipo Saloon.

Pros: They were open and honest. Fully transparent. Explained the process if I was in an accident or damage to the vehicle. Also prompt reply when speaking with them.

Cons: Firstly when I hired the vehicle through your site. I was offered extra insurance which, as a responsible adult driver, I took up the offer, only to find when I picked up the vehicle that I needed to buy more insurance as the insurance I bought wasn't their insurance rather Discover Cars insurance, this is very misleading information, you effectively sold me something I didn't need, for this reason I will not be using nor recommending your site, it is called mi's selling,.

Pros: The agent was so helpful. He took us from Dalaman airport to the rent office and at the time drop the car, he left us to the airport.

Cons: The car has sprey paint on driver windows. It was blocking side view and it was dangerous. But I handled anyway :)

Cons: Unbeliavable they counldn't accept normal payment with credit card. VISA refused online payement and I couldn't pick up the car.

Cons: Extremely rude, arrogant representative who insisted I sign a legal document in Turkish with no english translation. The representative at Dalaman Airport could not speak a word of english. The car was dirty, had no fuel (not even some in reserve), and was out of AdBlue. We barely made it to the petrol station 50m away. Windy Cars was 40 minutes late for the pick-up at the airport. I am deeply disappointed that DiscoverCars would support such an unprofessional car rental company.

Pros: The agent sent me a message in advance with explanation of how to receive car with his contact which made this easy. Also fast to fill out paperwork.

Cons: The car was terrible. Would barely start and had a warning light on. Super bad experience to drive a poor condition car in a foreign country.

Pros: The drop off from the airport as they do not have an office in the airport , however their representative came and took the car form there

Cons: the treatment from the agent was not smooth nor friendly when i was asking for an English contract to sign instead of the Turkish language one , they were upset and not easy to talk with

Cons: Scam during car drop off. They said I damaged car keys. As the key did not contain inner metal part. I didn’t even check it then received this car, as it was new and I locked and unlocked the car with buttons, not with metal key. In my opinion they’ve done this for purpose to charge clients for key damage

Cons: He also said we would have to pay a detailed cleaning fee but the vehicle was fine. I took pictures just in case.
