Cons: The staff member I dealt with at return was by far the most disrespectful and aggressive person I’ve encountered in a customer service context. He attempted to charge me for toll roads on dates before I even took possession of the vehicle. He also falsely claimed I had driven 3,000 km in six days, while I had actually driven only 1,500 km over seven days. More importantly, the contract clearly stated that mileage was unlimited.

Pros: Nice and easy to collect and drop off

Cons: It is a short 5 min drive from the airport, but we got picked up and dropped off with no problems or delays. But this is probably why it is a little cheaper and this is a really harsh criticism. They were great.

Cons: Went for a Fiat Aegea sedan, got a Renault Clio hatchback. Too small. Had to find another car at another rental.

Cons: The staff are not customer service orientated. I asked about controls to a new car in a new country and was told 'you're not giving me confidence'. In a new country with a new vehicle I think orientation to the car should be basic. Also was given a car for the first 3 days and had to drop this car off to pick up a second vehicle- their depot was 125km from my villa. We did enquire that they should come and drop the second car off - but I felt ignored. I think we should have some refund.

Cons: - Time - I was in the office 4 times and every time needed to wait until someone shows up. - I never received the car I booked or refunded the price difference - The deposit was not returned. I made a scratch and the agent just did not return entire deposit, which does not seem reasonable for a scratch - I left a baby stroller in the trunk when returning the car. They even did not call until a realized the loss a day after!

Cons: All. They cheated. The car had many little crushes. They mark some in a paper when they deliver the car. At the return, of course theu founded a new one and they charged deposit. All very suspicious!!!

Pros: The customer facing agent is polite and efficient. No problems were seen in that part of process.

Cons: I used discover cars to get a better price than advertised locally for consecutive 4 week car rentals over the winter. This has pissed off the local Turks who have, for example, unreasonably refused my credit card, imposed milage limits if I wanted the car-when I had a unlimited milage reservation, inflated deposit requirements (to upto 1100euro).

Pros: I had only two issues. During pickup at the airport parking I have asked about the payment for the parking. The employees of the renting company told me that I don’t need to pay anything, as security will see the plates number and will open the gate. But it didn’t happened. And when I called to rental company from the gate I have been told that I should pay myself. So I had to pay.

Cons: The other issue that I was booking the car with additional driver and I paid for this option but during pickup they tried to tell me that I didn’t. I showed them my reservation, they called to the office and the issue was solved.

Cons: Very old car. Car wasn’t ready on arrival due to keys being given to someone else which meant we had to wait a while for the keys to be brought back. Not ideal at 2am with young kids.

Cons: They didn’t show up, I landed and got out of the airport at about 4:30-5:00 I called the rental company and they told me to go to desk 8 and wait. 30 minutes later I called again and they said someone is on the way, another 30 minutes later I called again the guy was rude on the phone and said you have to wait we are busy someone will eventually come. And then 10/15 minutes later they called me and said that apparently there was an accident with one of the cars, so we can’t provide you a car.

Pros: Very poor and very unreliable. The car I received the reservation for it wasn’t available and I have been told they don’t have any car for me. I was stuck in Turkish airport at 3:30AM with no car and no help.

Pros: Friendly team, nice car, great with last minute changes to booking. Very flexible. Had upgraded car.

Pros: I got there and after searching for 20 minutes found the desk no one was there !! Waited over an hour and no one came, wasted money on the deposit and had to go with another car company

Pros: there was a lot of marks/scratch at the car when I take it.

Cons: when I drop the car I was asked to drop outside of the airport. this was not told me to me when I pick up the car.
