Pros: Value for your money.

Cons: It was an old car but everything was OK with the car.

Cons: Car was smaller than expected. Difficult to get petrol to fill up. Back windows left side would not go back up by passenger. Inside windscreen , very hard to see through and hard to clean.

Cons: 6 year Old rental car with 202,000 km mileage. Terrible condition and the breaks failed on the fifth day resulting in us being stranded. Replacement car took over 24 hours. The service from Jucy service staff was atrocious. Promises to phone back were not done. Untrained and technically ignorant call centre staff were useless.

Pros: It was fast and efficient both picking up and dropping off of the car. Also had great customer service when I called to change drop off time.

Cons: And called your NZ # to talk to someone. Got passed around 3 times to another dept.

Pros: Efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.

Cons: The instructions to the courtesy van on the print out we had been given ahead of time were *completely* different than how we were instructed to find our courtesy shuttle on the day of our arrival. As jet-lagged, newcomers this started our trip out on quite a stressful note!

Pros: The staff were great and helpful. They gave us some great advice regarding how to keep charging for tolls to a minimum, which was helpful.

Cons: The shuttle wasn’t easy to find, information on paper was incorrect. Car seemed a bit older than we expected but the size was perfect for 2 of us.

Pros: Quick car pick up and drop off.

Cons: Had to wait at the drop off for an Uber for 40 minutes. Not really their fault, as their shuttle didn’t run on Sunday in Melbourne. Jucy paid for the car, and we made it with plenty of time.

Cons: Old, tired car which had done over 260,000k. Poor maintenance checks. No shuttle service on a Saturday afternoon to get us back to the airport. Overall, poor customer service and just shocking cars!

Cons: The car broke down on the second day, but was repaired within an hour by the roadside assistance man

Pros: Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Some not so much.

Cons: The car was filthy. It was smelly. Could barely see through the windscreen for dirt on the inside. The car had been smoked in previously. The aircon kept cutting out. It was smaller and older than the advertised car. The car advertised was a new Corolla and we got 10 year old Hyundai accent with over 200k on tbe clock. The front bumper kept nearly falling off. It’s safe to say I’d never use you or jucy again. And I’d advise others to avoid you like the plague

Cons: Very old car. Odometer is more than 480k. Not sure even this could be on the road. Fuel gauge did not work sometimes. Should not be on the rental or on the road at all. Worst car I ever rented

Pros: We got an upgrade and although it had marks on the car it drove nicely and was good on fuel.

Cons: The agent played a game where they gave the finger to another agent when we were in there...not too bad. It was more so when the rental company has closed down for the day there is no shuttle and we were not told and told by the person who we called to find our own way. We enquired about getting compensated for a taxi however they said no and if we had an issue to call during office hours. They took our name down but we have still yet to be called. Not very professional.

Cons: Nothing. The car provided might not suit all renters but it was good for us

Cons: The car was very old and had 241,000KMS on the clock, the brakes were pulling to the left under load (unsafe) and was making alot of noises. Also the windscreen was filthy , we had to stop at a garage for 10mins to clean it so we could safely see out of it. No one has come back to us after we complained to them about all of this.

Pros: The engine of the car good, but the bodywork, not good,

Cons: No provision for those on early flight, I had to drop the car around 6 Am due to my early flight, no attendant, had to drop the keys in a little box, took a public transport to the airport.

Cons: We had a tire failure. Called the Jury road service number, got a recording that said they would call right back. five hours later they called. By then we had purchased a new tire on our own and lost two hours of our day. Terrible service.
