Cons: Total cost of rental was quoted 152.44 EUR, including "Full Coverage" on my rental voucher. After I picked up the car and looked at the paper I received, it stated that my card was charged with the amount of 392.63 EUR. This "difference" was never explained to me while I was picking up the car. They basically sold me "Mega Relax Cover" on top of what I originally booked and I never gave my consent to it because nobody explained anything.

Pros: The worst I have ever experienced. A complete, aggressive insurance scam from start to finish.

Cons: Everything. They forced me to buy extra insurance because if I didn't the extremely rude agent told me he would not give me the car. Horrible, aggressive service. Literally the worst I have ever experienced.

Cons: On arrival extra costs are being charged and you pay for a full tank of petrol for it to be refunded however even though I left the car with a full tank of petrol I wasn’t refunded the full 75 Euro’s I was charged not happy at all

Cons: Being charged for extras and not finding out about this after returning home ! I wasn't asked about these extras, I was told it was a deposit which would be returned. Slow response to query about this (no answer yet).

Pros: Absolutely disgraceful, noting was explained on where we could go in the car said "only stick to main roads" and then went on to say well charged x amount for this x amount for that and so on.

Cons: Was very brief and member of staff was very rude.

Cons: Long queue - more than 30 minutes waiting time; very poor standard of car - scratched, missing rear wiper; faulty fuel gauge; agent service when collecting - heavily selling insurance, uncooperative - only became more cooperative when I agreed to add some insurance. Will definitely avoid Interrent at all costs in future.
