Pick-up instructions
Office is located in Terminal 2B. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please, exit the baggage claim hall to the left. You can see BOTERO’s horse sculpture, Continues walking through Terminal 2B direction Train station. Once you pass by the restaurant and the pharmacy you will arrive to the Train Station stairs, our office is just to the right side of these stairs. Counters number 69, 70. If you arrive at Terminal 1, please, exit the baggage claim hall and at the right side from “Café di Fiore” Bar, you will find the mechanical stairs down to the bus station. You must take the bus shuttle between Terminals T1-T2B-T2C, the green one, to go to Terminal T2B stop. Once you stop the bus, just enter the Terminal T2B building and you can find our office just at right side of the doors. Counters number 69, 70.

Pros: Company again lied and spouted fictitious damage, smaller than their 5cm limit on a car that was already smashed up. Representative wouldn’t allow me to photograph the damage against their scale. Charged €180 euro. I have had 2 other rentals where this company under goldcar has done the same with damage. They are total thieves. Make sure you always take out insurance.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: The fact I paid £253 more than I was expecting. The rudeness of the man that took they keys from me. Being sent an email to sign for a burnt seat that was there when I collected the key (I have a picture). Paying 446.68euro for having the car 3 days and 18 minutes. I will be calling to see if I can get some kind of refund as I've worked almost every day since coming back due to the corona virus as I'm a front line worker.

Pros: The car worked.

Cons: I paid for the highest level of insurance which was a surprise cost dropped on me at the check in desk. I was informed that if I pay this "high level" insurance I wouldn't need to leave a €1900 deposit, no matter if I crashed or damaged the car in any way at all. So I went ahead and paid this amount - cool On returning the car to the airport after dropped the keys off, I was about to board the plane and received a €30 fine email for sand on the mats. I should have just crashed it instead LOL
