Terminal 2: Upon exiting customs, walk straight ahead and proceed to the Sixt branch located in Terminal 2 at the Car Hire section. FLIZZR customers will be served at the SIXT counter.

Pros: Competitive price and helpful staff.

Cons: Booked in-airport pick up and drop off (no shuttle mentioned) but had to take shuttle both ways. Was told shuttle will be 5 mins to pick up area but shuttle bus went to Terminal 2 before and the trip to the pick up area was 25 mins. On return, had to wait 20 mins in the cold wind, outside the office, for the shuttle to come for a 5 mins journey to Terminal 1. Information should be provided so time required for pick up/drop off is planned for. Car did not have mat.

Pros: I specifically searched for cars that were.pickes.up.at airport, cause I didn't want want the faff of gettinginii bus to go pick.it.up, did all the admin and the airport and was then told to get the bus!!!!!!!!

Cons: Assumed car pickup was in terminal but only the paperwork was carried out there, we used their shuttle service to pick up the car. It wasn't too bad but was not expected that's all.

Cons: Upsell by the counter clerk - we had already paid for the extra insurance and were tired to be “scared” into buying it again. Not a fair thing to do to people who have travelled long distances and are tired.

Pros: Emma whom dealt with me at the terminal 1 kiosk was amazing she even took the time to physically come from behind the desk to show me where to get the shuttle bus from, I didn’t see anyone if her male colleagues do the same so I would defo give her a pay rise

Cons: We were having to check in for our flight at 5.30 therefore we needed to drop car off before the office was open. We wasn’t made aware of proceeding to the terminal to drop car so it would have been helpful to be given a leaflet with information after all we do have to indicate the return flight information.
