Cons: Condition of the car, it was old, wiper broke down in the middle of the trip, car did not have all fluids topped up
Pros: Very friendly, easy to work with. Responsive to a potential issue we had. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. They were prompt in picking us up from the airport and they did a great job explaining what to expect while driving in Iceland.
Cons: This is not a particular issue with Fara; rental car costs are ridiculous post covid.

Pros: The car is brand new and very clean. Very quick pick up and drop off service, staff were friendly and helpful to me. Would recommend and use them again for my next tour.
Cons: To be honest I was a bit worried about damage throughout the journey as the car is so new and spotless, any scratch or damage would have shown easily. Luckily there was none because I was being very careful, but it was a concern and pressure for me.
Pros: All very clear and fair and efficient service.
Cons: Only that it wasn't at the airport, but very happy to save money for a 10-minute courtesy pick-up and drop-off service from/to the airport.

Pros: They arrived and picked us up from the airport very quickly. The car is in excellent condition. They made sure we photographed the vehicle so that there was evidence of any defect - and that was great luck.
Cons: We set an hour to return the vehicle and had to wait over half an hour ... The return process took a long time. The guy who got the car checked and claimed that there was damage at the door - lucky we had a photo that proved that this is how we got the car.
Pros: Literally, nothing.
Cons: The representative explained my contract to me three times over the phone in three different ways. Each time to benefit the rental company and to my detriment. For a rental company, replacing the car that broke down of course is an expense but doing the right thing for your customer was not a priority for this company. They were fine leaving me with no car part in a remote area of a foreign country after they rented me a car with mechanical problems. Pay the extra money and rent elsewhere.
Pros: They were prompt to pick up and able to accommodate us before hours upon our dropoff for departure... although at an additional charge.
Cons: They charged us to open at 7 am to make our flight...although there was another party that also needed a ride back to the airport at that time. Considering that flights depart at the same time and require a certain amount of time being there before departure, it would seem this would be an accommodation that isn't charged for when needed, especially when there is more than one party needing the service time.
Pros: The ride for pickup.
Cons: The ordered car was not available due to technical problems (noticed in advanced). The provided car has malfunction after 1 hr ride. We spent evening and half day after waiting for replacement. The agency asked for extra payment, even though the replacement car was poor solution for our needs- van instead of SUV, seat has fixed position and were fabric instead of heated lather sets, gear was not adjustable 4X4 as booked.
