Exit arrivals terminal and continue along the sidewalk past coaches and shuttle signs. Reach Green mini bus sign and bay 22, (opposite to Rydges hotel). Domestic arrivals: Exit from Terminal 2, proceed left for 20 meters (From Terminal 3, proceed right to meeting point. A the shuttle bays 4-11 sign cross the road and keep right. Pros: The guys at the Brisbane branch where absolutely amazing 👏 very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The Sydney branch... not very helpful, no hand over what so ever. Gave us our keys and pointed to the car park. We had to walk out and press the key to find our car. O e of the tyres where needing air and not overly clean.

Pros: Fast, efficient and very friendly. No attempt at up-selling Insurance, etc.

Cons: The only issue was that through Discover Cars we requested a Toyota Yaris Cross or similar... which is a Hybrid vehicle. Everything Fleet said that the code category was for a non-hybrid vehicle. What we got was non-hybrids and rather larger than we would have liked, but as it happened the car was very new, in excellent condition and fine in the end.

Cons: The car GPS was outdated and made for a very stressful and difficult return to Sydney airport, as it did not recognise the roads as I approached the airport and I ended up on a 20 minute detour.

Pros: The lady at the desk was helpful. The attitude of the drop off guy and one of the other personnel was not polite. I was told to “ relax “. We don’t open to 430 am. You don’t. talk to customers in that tone. Then the guy at the desk also requested that you only open at 430. This was 425. Maybe pay your staff to start at 4 or earlier so customers don’t gave to be repeatedly told how we inconveniencing the workers by being v 5 mins early.

Cons: The car did not contain a manual. We had to use YouTube to work out how to fix the dashboard lights and open the petrol tank cover to refuel the car.

Pros: Issues with pickup. Drop off was quick and straightforward with no issues.

Cons: First car provided had a serious mechanical problem (I believe it would have failed the annual MOT test in the UK). Problem was immediately apparent when driven from the depot. Taken straight back and a replacement provided immediately - the rouge car was not inspected.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, Total taxes.
Rate excludes
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
