Pros: Car wasn’t safe to drive. Was deemed unsafe to be on the road. And yet that was the car I had until I complained. What was more shocking: I was told it’s not their fault cars break down. I list a day where I didn’t use the vehicle that I paid for. Missed appointment and had to deal with bad customer service. I was also asked to pay for dropping off the car at a different location after I was instructed to drop off the replacement car were I picked it up. I had a week from hell with them.

Cons: Cleanliness of the car. They showed me a clean car and gave me an unclean one, saying they are similar and just that this one was more accessible. It was NOT clean.

Cons: The airport shuttle did not arrive. A full security deposit was taken immediate rather then just held until return. The car smelt of cigarette smoke and the overselling of insurance was not necessary. The overall experience with easirent will not be repeated.

Cons: Seem like everything about the rental experience is a ghetto operation. From the very long wait at the airport, to the missing hubcap on the car, to the drop-off process with a shuttle bus in 1hr increments(for an AIRPORT!!!!) I will never rent here again. Or will I recommend this to anyone. Just a very low tier operation.

Cons: The locations of the facilities. Getting back to the airport was not straightforward. Regular Courtesy buses were not available to get back to catch my flight, I had to rely on a hotel shuttle bus with no idea of timetable to plan to be at checkin on time so I didn’t miss my flight

Cons: They didn't have the car I ordered and refused to provide anything similar (or better), so ended up with a small car that couldn't fit my luggage. Car was filthy too.

Cons: We booked a Volvo V60 but was given an MG HS. Was told it in the same vehicle category. Moreover, the drop off point was so far from Heathrow and there is not proper sheltered waiting point for the shuttle to the airport which come in 25 minutes intervals. Not fun to wait in the cold with a whole bunch of luggage for it. In the end, we took an Uber to the terminal.
Cons: Length of time £1500 blocked off my credit card. How the issue of a warning light was dealt with.
Cons: We were encouraged to upgrade to a 9 seater from our 7 seater which did. After putting all bags, 4 car seats and the children in the car we found out the driver seatbelt was broken and manager said car should never have been given to us. They then drive round another 9 seater which was filthy and had not been prepared so we could not accept it. I said we will just take the original 7 seater we had booked only to be told it was not ready! Took over 1 hour with 4 children, unacceptable.

Cons: The car was absolutely filthy, there was sick on the back seat, mud all over the carpets, mud under the steering column so when driving our trousers were filthy. Car was given to us with 2 miles on the tank and we just about got to the fuel garage before running out.

Pros: The customer service when picking up the car was great. Friendly, cordial, nice. The agent that helped with car checkout took time to help me pair my phone to the sat nav system.
Cons: The difficult return location, the lack of employees to help with speedy check out and return. Also that the petrol tank was not full. I always return car with a full tank. If a customer does not I expect the rental agency to fill the car. Especially since I believe we are charged for it.

Cons: I didn't get the car I had booked, I got one with a smaller boot space which made it more difficult to pack the items I needed to take. The price of the rental changed considerably when I informed that I needed to take the car out of the country to Ireland and was told to arrange my own breakdown cover to cover the journey, to which the RAC were very surprised about when I rang to arrange this. It was a very stressful experience, but thankfully the car I hired was very good.

Cons: It was a terable experience. After scratching the car, Easyrent canceled our contract 30 minutes after signing it and took the car. They withdrew the entire contract amount (1040 GBP) and the entire blocked deposit (2500 GBP). We had to rent a car from another suplier and paid another 2286 GBP. I will write you soon with more details.

Easirent insisted that their price was correct. There is obviously a mismatch with Discover Cars and Easirent pricing !

Cons: Unfortunately the cleanliness of the car inside was probably the worst I have ever had in 20 years of hiring cars. The body work on the car needed attention.the front right wheel was obviously a Spare that had never been cleaned I would rent from you again but I would insist on a clean car.

Cons: They scammed me out of £180 additional insurance, which I explicitly requested not to have. I provided cards and said i'd be happy to pay the deposit. When I queried an additional cost I was told it was a fuel deposit. An outright lie from an awful company. You are tarnishing your own companies name by associating with these people.

Cons: The car was quite dirty inside and out. No sanitizing was done in these covid times. I had to do a quick disinfectant wipe down myself. The oil indicator was lit at the time of pickup and I had to a long drive with a fault light on, although I was assured that the car was okay.

Cons: I am very unhappy that i had to pay a larger premium when collecting car then i could chose from a few cars & also covered full comprehensive insurance. I felt that i was forced into a corner with no option. We had waited for over 1 hour at airport & had eventually to phone for pick-up although they were advised! When we returned the car 10 days early due to virus we were not given any refund. I have written for refund as item on their facebook page but have not had any response as yet.

Cons: The car agent scared us, if don't take their premium insurance they will hold £2000 & will be in trouble if anyting hapen. I told, I hav premium insurance from the agent. They scare us saying that you might not be paying the coverage & we will be paying huge sum. We had no choice but to take premium full coverage. In the deal, the car agent agreed to give free upgrade to get auto car but in my bill they actualy charged £18/day for an auto car. We had actualy paid £195 not £48.50 as in yr website

Cons: Explanation on how get to rental location hard to understand. They should put in there instructions to call them for a pickup and that they have their own van for picking up guests. It gives the impression you should get on the free bus which takes you to the car rental village which is incorrect.

Pros: Easirent were great! I booked the car the night before, they picked us up in the shuttle bus, and even dropped us back at the terminal after we had returned the car. The staff were really nice, the car was great and they were the best value for money. I will definitely use Easirent every time I return home.

Cons: The car needed a service. The car was not large enough nor comparable to what I was expecting. The fee of £900 was £600 more than quoted! I was charged for 3 kids seats even thou you could only fit 2 in the car. I’m still waiting for a refund on the non existent 3rd car seat and fuel reimbursement.
Pros: Nothing, except the transit van driver in Stansted who was kind enough to drop me off at my hotel, which was half a mile away from the airport and it was raining.
Cons: I waited 55 minutes. Yes, fifty-five minutes, to be collected from Manchester airport. I rang them 7 times, asking where the hell they were. I was late for a meeting and had to reschedule my entire day. Never once did I get an apology either over the phone or at the branch when I got there. The only person who apologised was a bus driver for larger companies (Hertz, Avis etc) who saw me still waiting having done 3 trips with his customers, and also told me that this was normal for Easirent.

Cons: off airport which I didnt realise at time of booking. I wasnt told the code to the industrial estate barrier - I was dropping off at 6am had to phone them for help. they took £1500 of my credit card which is far more than other rentals take & said it could take 28days to refund it

Cons: I got a defective car, horribly inconvenient. Then they would not address my billing issue at the rental office, had to defer to a web site. I had to pay for a high class car than was ultimately provided. Tended to be a longer wait than other rental companies.

Cons: Systems & processes are so archaic and very disorganized. Not efficient at all, I hire cars all over the world and I've never waited 3 hours to pick up a car before. The processes really need to be looked at and the options you get for picking up a car and returning, It feels like you want people to trip up with your wording. Not happy at all and will be filing an official complaint.

It took 20 minutes and a reasonable person at the counter to understand that we had not put a scratch on the car. It was already in banged up condition.

Cons: High pressure sales tactics to buy up unecessary CDW insurance, using falsehoods "...cdw insurance doesn't cover damage to the car in the U.K....." taking 90 minutes to get a car in a process that should take 10 minutes. This company's business model is defined by any means to grab money. The desk representatives approach is to sell high priced extra insurance using fear tactics, then process the rental of the car. Of my 10 days in the U.K.my experience with easirent was the absolute nadir,

Pros: The people at the rental agency spent a lot of time helping me find the driver at Manchester airport. The pickup stop is very difficult to locate. The person whom dealt with me once the car had been assigned and at drop of were very helpful and allowed me to photograph the car.
Cons: The company tried to sell me CDW. My credit card company covers this and I refused. The agent was very aggressive and told me that they were taking £1200 from my credit card to cover damage as I had refused their cover. I was sent an agreement later which stated that I had accepted their cover. This would have caused issues with my credit card company had I had an accident. My entire deposit and petrol should be refunded. I am waiting to see if this happens.
