Pros: Drop off was efficient and effective.
Cons: It took a long time before they picked me up at the airport and even longer to process the car release.
Cons: It's not located in the airport but a shuttle ride from the airport, which I guess is why they can offer cheaper rates. It's a 3 min drive so no big deal.
Pros: They charged me an additional £48 for some additional documents. They didn't let me use their printer. My pick-up time was 13:00. I was at their office at 13:35. They asked for some additional documents and I said that I could bring them within half an hour. They said that I had only one hour and I could not collect my car after 14:00. They charged me £48. But when I read the voucher, it is written that I had 120 minutes. They put me in a rush to charge £48.
Pros: Staff were professional and helpful, and the rental process was straightforward. I would recommend Sureprice for reliable and fairly priced car rentals—as long as you're mindful of the timing.
Cons: Sureprice and overall is ok. Their business hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which is good to know in advance when planning pickup and drop-off. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described at the time of booking. One important thing to note: if your flight is delayed and you need to pick up the car after hours, there is a £75 fee for late pickup. Make sure to factor this in if you're arriving outside their regular hours.
Pros: Great service, went through operation of vehicle thoroughly. Car clean. Initially advised car was provided full to full fuel but this was not the case. Car returned with more fuel than provided with. Fuel on one bar when collected. Vehicle really good for one day.
Cons: Trouble finding my way back to drop off - no map provided - did ask for map but advised they did not have one.
