Cons: Their customer service was absolutely atrocious. Incredibly rude and impolite. I have never had such a horrible service in my life. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company.

Pros: The van transport driver was friendly, other than that not one thing.
Cons: The price from the reservation was not given and new price was almost triple original quoted price. The car quoted, same or equal to, was not available and a much more expensive car was offered at a much higher price. Other people in the office had the same issue and two customers were charged on their CC for damages to their rentals when the damages were called out when rented.
Cons: The company Green Motion did not acknowledge the booking and made me pay again in order to obtain a car.
Pros: Good price
Cons: I felt like the sales man was trying to con me in to spending more money. Firstly, charging me to get my records from the DVLA (which no other car rental company has ever charged for), and secondly, trying to convince me to get extra insurance which bumps up the price.
Cons: Not knowing if the minibus would arrive or not. Long wait for pick up & even longer wait at desk. From leaving plane to driving car away took over 2 hours.
Pros: pick up and drop off bus was ok but we did have to ring from the airport ater waiting 20 mins

Green Motion would not accept the insurance I had paid for when I booked with Discovery so I had to chose to purchase additional or take the risk This was not clear when i was booking online. 2. I booked the class of car specifically because i wanted to test drive a Volvo XC 60 but none available. No way to guarantee a car. 3. having a limited mileage per day, just keeps you calculating all the time. 4. cost of additional driver too high 25% of the total cost

Cons: I'd like a printed map to the offices. I got lost on return because of all the changes to road layouts around Manchester Airport!

Cons: they tried to rip me off with insurance by saying credit cards with no embossed numbers could NOT be used for insurance deposit BUT it would be OK for payment of exorbitant insurance prices, ended up cancelling and going to another rental car company. PLEASE DO NOT REPRESENT THIS COMPANY ANYMORE
Pros: The drop off.
Cons: Very poor service all around. There was a lack of info on how to get to Green Motion from airport. I called to request their free shuttle and it was recieved with disgust and that I was putting them out. After waiting in line for over 1 hr I finally got the Puegot with rubbish in it, an empty tank (even though the form said half full). And the sat nav was set to Indian language. I called office to have them help change it but they couldn't and sent me to Puegot contact # which was for accidents.
Pros: People are friendly, but short staffed on a busy day, I suppose.

Pros: Nothing. Never, ever again. When someone finally arrived to open up to drop the car off...20 minutes late there was another family who had been promised the same thing. They also said they’d never use them again and the car they had booked was incorrect. They told the man who was working and he brushed them off
Cons: Overall terrible!! No idea what customer service is. I’m a general sales manager for a car dealership, if any of my staff acted the way yours did I’d sack them on the spot. To top it off the car was filthy and stank of smoke and had cigarette burns in the back seats. Woeful

Cons: Terrible customer service, surly staff, waiting times for pick up from the airport, waiting time to get the rental paperwork sorted out, ridiculous charges for so called 'damage' to a wheel rim (they've never heard of wear and tear). I will never use these bunch of unprofessional thieves again and highly recommend no one else does either

Cons: There were no signs to find the place when I arrived in the building, maybe a flip chart on days when there is no-one at the desk would be great. That I needed a credit card to get the car out, what is that about?!

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.30 GBP per mile will apply.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Mileage will be limited to 100 miles per day for the entire rental period.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.50 GBP per mile will apply.
It is possible to purchase the Unlimited Mileage option for an extra charge of 7.80 GBP per day.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman alphabet.
Licences issued in non-EU are not accepted.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, USA.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, bank statement or utility bill, boarding pass.
The following document(s): proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), bank statement or utility bill must not be older than 4 months.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Please note that provisional driver license won’t be accepted.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Additional excess conditions may apply for drivers who hold a licence from the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, USA.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: American Express, Cash, Debit cards.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: CHIP verification, PIN verification, Embossed; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 60 days.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years.
