Pros: No frills, no threats, just practical. My last minute booking took a while to drop in the system and the agent (Rahat) was super proactive in minimising the wait.

Cons: As soon as I declined the CLW insurance, the agent was very straightfaced and required an excessive amount of money. I provided all documentation that my credit card provides primary insurance up to 74k dollars and still that wasn't enough. The car I was given doesn't even cost 30k brand new. I was annoyed and disappointed at that point.

Pros: Great car and awesome service!

Cons: Pick up point is not in terminal but a 5 minute ride away on the free shuttle.

Cons: Flexibility of agent. I had a credit card with greater than 2 months, until the expiry for the return & looked for a refund of the £45 daily charge. (As you now had the cover you needed to cover any damage or speeding fines etc. This was not accepted & made no sense in relation to the reasons I was given for needing more than 2 months.

Pros: Great service, we hired a 9 seater as we had family visiting and keeping everyone together was important part of our trip. Vehicle was perfect and reasonably priced

They took undue advantage of my situation by first telling me that the car I hired and paid for wasn't available because I was 1 hour late for Puck up, though my voucher states they would keep tye car for 4 hours for me. Then they quoted a lower price for the the car that was available, but charged almost 5 times the quoted price. The customer service was rubbish and not or any help at all when raised the issue with them. They are fraudsters so avoid at all costs.

Pros: The car we ordered was a mid sized car, we were disappointed to get a compact vehicle which was not what we expected. Tyres were in poor condition with insufficient tread on the rear tyres and a constant leak on the rear left. When filling the windscreen washer bottle we noticed the engine was in very poor condition considering for the vehicles age. Obviously minimal attention had been given to the serviceability of this vehicle.

Cons: Staff should all be reading from the same script to eliminate any confusion. The car was supplied with less than a quarter of tank of fuel which we have never seen before and having to find a fuel station in an area of Manchester which was difficult to navigate was not expected.

Pros: Cheap price, quick drop off.

Cons: Nobody picked up the phone when ringing to be collected from airport. Had to go to airport information desk to get in contact. Then waited 30 min to be collected. Agent at desk was very pushy and rude trying to upsell me other products at desk.

Cons: Flight was cancelled. Was meant to pick up car at 11pm, instead arrived at 8am with no car available without having to pay an upgrade fee. Paid a £300 instead of £120! Not ideal situation as unable to claim this back.

Cons: What I didn't like, is that they would not give me a paper copy of the damage report so I had to take a photo of it, go outside and try and compare the report with the car and it was difficult to see the phone/picture outside. This is a poor cost saving on there part and no environmental reason excuses this as it 1 sheet of paper per customer. Also wasn't shown anything about car controls nor what fuel itused. Simple things that would help the vehicle renter.

Pros: Alan at Manchester was very helpful when our rental car broke down. Both helped us get a new car in the evening and when we returned the car in Manchester.

Cons: Aggressive pushing of overpriced insurance (min doubling cost). Bad attitude when refused- kept waiting 1+ hour. When we went to fill the petrol the flap was deliberately jammed shut (needed 2 people to open) + the petrol cap tightened to maximum- my partner could not open it. I had to use brute force. This was no coincidence I believe but pettiness at our refusal to take the insurance.

Cons: All great, it used to be Easirent and the service was terrible, staff run ragged. I changed to Keddy for a few years due to the service of Easirent, first time back and extremely happy.

Cons: on returning the car being asked straight away by one of the cleaners (who'd clearly spotted a legacy scratch on the car) whether i'd taken out full cover.

Cons: I had to pay 300 pounds more for a non SUV as the SUV had been given away due to my flight being late, even though I rang up to confirm that I was still collecting it. I had to pay extra cover for insurance even though I had ticked comprehensive cover. I was told that that always happens when you book from an American site, however, that should not be my issue as I booked this due to best price.

Cons: After having one hours sleep, been driven to a location by a grumpy bus driver. I arrived at the pickup point realizing that I didn't have a UK sim card for my phone I wouldn't be able to find my way to my families home. I asked if I could have a GPS in the car. I'm sure I saw that this would be an extra 100 pounds. The agent (Rohan) then said I would have to get a more expensive car to have a GPS. This ened up costing me another 826. There is more but not enough room to type

Pros: Drop off was excellent at Stansted, pick up at Manchester was slow and sluggish.

Cons: I spent 30 years in sales and I've seen most of the tricks, if not all.... Including the sales pitch for an upgrade to a SUV and sat nav included for an extra £390.00.... I refused and stuck to the he ford focus or similar. Imagine my surprise when the car brought to us was an SUV with sat nav.... An excellent saving of 390 Christmas pounds I think. Not the best sales technique if I'm being honest. Car was great though and economical on fuel.

Pros: The Drivalia guy behind the desk when we arrived was helpful and did his utmost to get us a car even though the system didn’t accept a French credit card. So we had to swap the named driver. We would not use Drivalia again for that reason. French credit cards need to be accepted by the booking system. This happened to the customers behind us too!

Cons: Staff when we returned the car were pretty grumpy, particularly the driver who turned up late for work and so we waited 40 mins for a shuttle!

The initial pick up from airport was poor, driver didn’t have a list of names for pick up and another group jumped queue we had wait time of almost 1 hour. drop off in Leeds was poor, the rep there was unhelpful. Wanted to drop off at 6am which according to discover was the opening time (divalia in Leeds told us 8am) we therefore had to push key through van window and walk to airport with cases as no shuttle available to us

Pros: Drivalia were great to deal with once we had clarified that I did not accept the DiscoverCars.com booking as it was very shonky insurance. Cancelled that and rebooked directly with Drivalia and they were great. They even provided vehicle upgrade and unlimited mileage to cover for the bad experience that was happening as a result of DiscoverCars.com conditions of hire (which I rejected once they were clarified at the pickup).

Cons: Drivalia were great, DiscoverCars.com is a NO-GO zone - beware of booking through these guys, it is not obvious what is going on regading the insurance cover that you select. Buyer beware!!!

Cons: I was passed by a driver who was sent to pick me up. They sent another van after a long wait. Got to the office and presented my invoice and my insurance waiver to the agent. I was then charged the full amount (for insurance). I said that I wanted that refunded. They said that they were unable to do that at the location and that it had to be sent to their main office and would take a few days to be credited back to my credit card. After 3 weeks I have still not been credited.

Cons: That it's not made clear that you need 2 forms of address confirmation, recently dated - it delayed my pick up massively as no customers in at the same time as me knew, so didn't have the right documents. This is the second time I've used the service and the same thing happened last time - the only reason I knew about the deposit being so high was because I had previously booked a car here and found out at collection.

Pros: Not much - only one person at counter, took ages for getting the car (see above). Also the persons before and after me had problems to collect their car

But when I got to Enterprice they hadn't received a call that I returned the key there, @10:00 am on 17.4.2023.

Cons: Got a very bad experience delivering car in Liverpool, LL241YA was not working In-car sat-nav, sending me at company called KIRKBY(TYRES), than driving in this Industrial area for about 30 min and not finding, nobody new your company, nobody at street could help neither could 2 persons at Liverpool office, the Industrial district was confusing. they were very bad at leading me through the streets of the industrial district from the rental company Sixt, to theirs. send me back and forth.seeemail

Cons: Waiting too long at the airport for pickup to pick up point. Inefficient staff at pick up point. The staff spent too much time on trying to hard sell upgrades and trying to force me to buy their own insurance.
