Keddy at Manchester Airport

Pros: Used Keddy which is actually Europcar. Didn't realise at first and looked for a Keddy desk. Only one operator at Europcar so took a while to serve waiting customers.

Cons: Lack of service staff at pick up. Requested vehicle not available.

Pros: Excellent pick up experience...Really nice counter agents...Great help from Phil collecting and returning my car...

Cons: The MCR courtesy bus did not know where Keddy was. It is not clear that Keddy is part of Europecar

Pros: It was all good in general. The fuel tank wasn't full as promised and we returned it full because the contract demanded it. Upon presentation of the photograph we took, they made a correction and gave us a small refund to cover the difference, so that was nice.

Cons: We handed in the car on 11/10. Today is 27/10 and the guarantee amount reserved on my credit card still hasn't been lifted.

Pros: Both Samuel at the start and Bob at drop off from Europcars were amazing - top. Samuel was the only agent on a Friday evening when I went to pick up and there was a queue of some 10 renters before me. He kept his cppl and dealt with every client patiently, He was excellent.

Cons: Why did I have to wait 90 mins to pick up my car? Why were there not more agents at the time of pick up? It was truly an unpleasant experience. However, everyone involved simply sat down and waited. what else could we have done.

Pros: It was super fast and easy. The staff was fantastic and we were also able to get a discounted rate on an upgraded car. We will definitely rent again from Keddy.

Cons: The car provided was not what I booked or wanted. Also the existing damage review and verification was rushed, it would be nice if the advised you to take your own photos of the car in the experienced damage areas to avoid conflict, and also in a dry location because when raining scuffs etc do not show.

Cons: I declined their insurance in the booking and they forced me to prove that my credit car insurance covered up to 100,000 pounds. Then after the rental was over and i got the recipe in email they had added 260 pounds of insurance and I'm now stuck trying to get this refunded. Also, the folder of documents they have me didn't included the completed rental agreement and neither was it emailed. This seems like an insurance scam to me.

Pros: Car was good quality, easy drop off.

Cons: Very slow to pick up car. Surprised by the one-way fee that is paid upfront in the US.

Cons: There was a hidden charge of over $100 euros that is in theory for insurance but according to the agent at Europcar it did t cover anything g so then I had to not only pay that plus their own daily cover. It became a very expensive hire

Cons: The car we were given had a window that was not working properly so opening and closing it was a challenge. Also the windscreen wipers needed replacing.

Cons: Keddy isn't specified on the signs at Manchester Airport (MAN), you will have to know you are going to Europcar at the car rental village. The shuttle bus is quite time consuming, and seems to be on a 15-minute/hour schedule, at best. There is a sign for the car rental return (car rental village) at Manchester airport when travelling east on the Airport Relief Road, but not when travelling west - you will have to know you are going toward Terminal 3.

Cons: Firstly the provider was not Keddy but Europcar. It is now clear to me that the agents of the provider are trained to tactically manipulate the agreement between your company and myself to the benefit of the Car Hire company products.

Pros: Very kind staff, had problems with computer so they had to apply manual. Pretty time consuming but ok
