Arnold Clark at Manchester Airport

Pros: Great service at the office and a solid car, no complaints there. But after a 6 am flight, standing in the freezing British cold for an hour waiting for the shuttle was brutal. Every other company was whisking people away while we slowly froze. £30 compensation was nice, but honestly, a quicker pickup would’ve been worth far more (and saved our will to live).

Cons: Instructions for pick up.It was not stated that a phone call was needed for pick up.Or that pick up was available from any terminal !

Pros: The staff were amazing. So friendly, carefully explaining everything and all questions and giving helpful advice , one of the best car rental experiences we have ever had

Cons: Google maps showed 2 different Edinburgh airport drop off locations and we chose the wrong one and ended up having to go through the drop off area at the airport before we found the right address.

Pros: Homaa at reception was absolutely amazing. Just the best service we have ever had when hiring a car. She seriously deserves a promotion. What a delightful person to deal with after a very long flight.

Cons: Everything was just perfect and we will definitely book with them next time.

Cons: All phones and computers were down when I picked up the car. Could not even get into the are of the office as buzzer did not work. Car was much smaller than expected. On drop off, no staff on site. Had to leave the car unlocked with key in center console

Pros: Great experience, start to finish. The lady who sorted the car was very efficient, the manager was friendly and sorted the kids out whilst they waited. Pick up was prompt and friendly. Had a Kia Sportage and zero issues with an easy drop off.

Cons: I dont like how you have to drop your car certain hours. If a flight was early in the morning cant drop the car off because business is not open. Should have a key box for drop offs 24/7.

Pros: nothing...whole process was the worst car experience i have ever had and been travelling around the world with work and personal for 30+ years.

Cons: shambles from the point of stepping off the plane. Call number didn't work. Eventually got through to be told couldn't find my booking. Arnold Clark picked us up and took us to office to look for the booking. Left my children and luggage outside in pouring rain for 1 hour, before they found somewhere for them to shelter. Over an hour later of hanging around got told that my booking had been cancelled. 90 mins later had to leave and go to a proper car rental company. will never use again.
