Cons: 1. The agent was not at all informed about the terms and contitions. I had to counter him on 2 topics. Initially denied road side assistance and asked for more security amount. I had to email him the rental voucher. 2. The car was very old Fiat Punto and even damaged at the back.i was expecting a newer Opel Astra or similar. 3. After 16 days of returning the car as "All Okay", the security money is still showing pending on my account. It is still not released.
