You must be at least 21 and no older than 75 to rent a vehicle from Circular in Turkey. If you are under 23, you will only be able to rent certain car classes. The company has further age restrictions for premium and luxury vehicles and vans. You’ll also likely have to leave a bigger deposit for those types of vehicles as well.
