Pros: Easy to deal with
Cons: The drop off location was difficult to locate
Pros: Tyre pressure was low (error showing). That should have been noticed and fixed before.
Cons: The drop off was so tough as there was no location to find anywhere. There should be a QR code you can scan to get google maps to get ypu to the right spot.
Cons: I took the car at night time where the light was not good enough at the park to scan and go through body to check the scratches, I found out many scratches not been recorded on the check list , I been told that they knew about it just take photos when I returned the car , I received message stating that am the one who is responsible for these scratches and damages that it totally not the fact.

Cons: Long wait whilst keys were being found. They had thrown the GPS on the front seat,hadn't even plugged it in. Later it was obvious it also hadn't been updated. They weren't too keen with initially inspecting the car,we noted a significant dent they said they "didn't know about".

Pros: Staff were late to arrive at office. Car looked like it had been washed with a dirty rag. Car had broken vanity mirror. Car was not roadworthy, discovered a broken seat belt on the second day. Terrible.

Cons: Although the vehicle ran fine it needed "maintenance" via the dash indicator.

Cons: at online booking, I included full insurance protection. At collection of the car, only then did I realize that the full insurance protection fee paid was not from Alamo (insurance). It would have been a real hassle to claim from the third party insurer (which I have paid online at the time of online booking). Alamo should have alerted the car hirer of the above.
Cons: That they said 'total cost of car rental $290, then charge me an additonal $19 to book, and $344 when i went to pick up car- i paid an extra $73 in total above what was listed as total amount owing, which equals almost 25% increase.
