Car rental counters are few in Le Mans, but easy to get to. Only issue is the tightness (lack of space) in the parking garage. If you weigh 98 pounds, getting in and out of the cars won't be a problem for you as there is at least 8 inches of space between the cars. But if you are a normal sized human, you just might need to crawl in through a hatchback.
