They will find the Meeting point with seats and our Courtesy Bus. IMPORTANT: The customers do NOT have to go to the Rent-A-Car Car Park, they have to go to the Public Car Park.

Go to the office located in the arrivals hall. Once you have the rental agreement, leave the terminal and go straight ahead towards the car park building which is in front of the terminal. Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria. Go up to floor 1. Access inside of the car park through the right-hand door and you will find the Record go pick-up office.

Cross the pedestrian crossing and follow the road marked ‘Other VTC’ on the ground until you find a red gate with the sign ‘Other VTC’. Once there you will find a shuttle every 10-15 minutes that will take you to the office.

After passing two pedestrian crossings, you will find yourself in front of a café. Turn left walking along a pedestrian path. At the end of this path, on the right, another pedestrian path begins, marked in black with a sign that says “Other VTC.” Continue along this path into the parking building until you find a red door with a sign that says “Abonados G.” Cross the door and you will be in the waiting area for the courtesy shuttles. Once there, look for the Sicily by Car shuttle. If you do not find the shuttle at the stop, remember the frequency is approximately every 15 minutes.

To find our courtesy bus, once you leave the baggage collection area, turn left inside the terminal and follow the signs to the car park, which will take you to the Arrivals exit through the doors of dock 6 (to the right), and cross it until you arrive at the car park building. Crossing the road once you have left the terminal to the parking you will see a sign on the front of the car park indicating ‘TRANSPORT MEETING POINT’ right where you have to enter to get to the car park. After crossing two pedestrian crossings (the first regulated by a traffic light and the second marked by pedestrian signage only), turn left to take the pedestrian path. 4. At the end of the pedestrian path, another black pedestrian path begins, marked with the "Other VTC" signage. Follow this path, enter the parking building, and continue until you find a red door with the sign "Abonados G". 5. Cross the door, and directly in front of you, you will find the meeting point for courtesy shuttle.
