Our vehicles are delivered to our office next to the airport, located in Polígono Son Oms, C/ Can Rius, 5, Palma. To find our courtesy bus, once you leave the baggage collection area, turn left inside the terminal and follow the signs to the car park, which will take you to the Arrivals exit through the doors of dock 6 (to the right), and cross it until you arrive at the car park building. Crossing the road once you have left the terminal to the parking you will see a sign on the front of the car park indicating ‘TRANSPORT MEETING POINT’ right where you have to enter to get to the car park. The offices are located 7 km from the airport. To access them, please go to the designated area for minibuses at the airport, where the shuttle will be waiting for you. Exit the arrivals Terminal between gates B and C. Cross via the mechanical walkways located under the bridge in the direction of the parking building. After passing two pedestrian crossings, you will find yourself in front of a café. Turn left walking along a pedestrian path. At the end of this path, on the right, another pedestrian path begins, marked in black with a sign that says “Other VTC.” Continue along this path into the parking building until you find a red door with a sign that says “Abonados G.” Cross the door and you will be in the waiting area for the courtesy shuttles. Once there, look for the Sicily by Car shuttle. If you do not find the shuttle at the stop, remember the frequency is approximately every 15 minutes.

Exit the terminal at the arrivals level, between gates B and C. Walk under the bridge using the moving walkways, heading toward the parking building. Please, cross two pedestrian crossings: the first with a traffic light, the second with pedestrian signs only. Then turn left and continue along the pedestrian path. At the end of the path, you’ll see another black-painted pedestrian lane marked "Otros VTC". Follow it toward the parking building and continue until you find a red door labeled "Abonados G". Go through the door, walk a few more meters, and you’ll reach the pick-up point. DRIVALIA shuttle will arrive shortly.

From the arrival area, proceed to Arrivals Gate No. 6. Once outside, continue straight ahead toward the building directly in front, following the signs for the "Transport Meeting Point." Go through the red door to reach the area where the shuttle bus will be waiting.
